The room was very dark and not as shown in pictures provided.

Our room was on the 2nd floor, spacious enough with plenty of room to store our belongings. We slept great-super quiet, dark room with comfortable beds. The hotel is in the middle of a pedestrian mall with everything you need nearby & short walk to attractions. Staff was #1!! Super helpful & friendly. LOVED the 5th floor terrace & coffee bar. We'd definitely recommend & will stay again.

The accommodations, staff and manager of the B&B Hotel 52 in Madrid were excellent in every way!!! They went above and beyond to make our time in Madrid the very best it could be! The location is central to everything…excellent restaurants, shopping, Metro, and sight-seeing. We will stay with them whenever we visit in the future!

Clean room, staff helped find a missing item, AC, small terrace for fresh air. Spent 5 nights here and found the area very accessible.

Excellent property

The hotel and staff were incredibly accommodating to me and my Frenchton dog. The area has great amenities and shopping. The front desk staff were incredible. My room was ready early. The day I left they assisted me by calling a taxi, and then taking my bags to the driver while I ran to the washroom. This place is a gem.

Staff was superb- friendly and very accommodating. The room was spacious and well designed. It was easy to feel comfortable. Also I appreciated the free coffee and snack room. Very nice touch.

The staff were really nice and professional It is I. A very nice location and close to lots of good shopping and restaurants. The only issue was the noise at night. Too much noise outside until 3 am.

Air conditioner was not working on one of the rooms I reserved, Room 307. My cousin had to sleep with AC. Room 107 was perfect but had no toilet paper.
