The fast access was blocked, so I had to go around, even further away. The price was around 1 million rupiah, but the TV didn't work at all. The staff was unfriendly and didn't give detailed directions. The only good thing was the air conditioning was cool. When ordering food on WhatsApp, the response was slow.

I've stayed at this hotel three times because it's close to UPH. The hotel is nice, but the room maintenance is lacking. Sometimes the AC doesn't cool, the AC drips inside the room, and the bathroom drain is clogged.

Hotel Yasmin is highly recommended, especially for me as a frequent visitor to Tangerang. The rooms are immaculate and comfortable, and the breakfast menu is so extensive I can't even try them all. I've stayed at Hotel Yasmin three times so far and have never been disappointed.

The hotel staff was friendly, and I got a room in the newer second building, which now has a smart TV. The room was cleaner and more spacious. Breakfast was okay. It would be nice to refill empty food while there are still guests eating (since you have to ask before refilling at 9 a.m.), but overall, it was okay.

Very satisfied staying at this hotel, the location is close to everywhere, for just resting there is quite good, the facilities are complete, the TV is also a smart TV so it is fun to watch in the room, it is a shame I didn't enjoy the restaurant and swimming pool facilities, next time I will stop by again.

So satisfied!!! New building, clean rooms, cold AC, friendly and polite service, rooms with smart TVs. The hotel staff was friendly, from the staff who helped open the door, to the receptionist, and even the restaurant staff. I waited in the waiting room for my Grab to arrive, and the hotel staff helped me inform me when it arrived. The gym wasn't operational yet due to renovations.
