The hotel is located literally within walking distance (less than 5min walk) from Losari Beach. There is a laundry shop next door to it, useful for travelers. The room looked dated but clean and comfortable. Minimal amenities, but we could borrow items like a kettle and hairdryer. No fridge in the room either. Anyway, it’s value for money. Staff are friendly and helpful. The only thing is it’s very big/long inside; apparently, there were two buildings joined up. To reach our room, we had to change lifts and walked significantly far, while one of us was walking with a stick. It made us reluctant to go in and out. So, I recommend guests who are less mobile to request rooms at the front building to reduce walking.

The check-in and check-out process was fast, the staff was friendly, the room was cleaned, the toiletries were complete, the towels were clean, but the AC wasn't cold enough.

The new room is great, the AC is super cold. The staff is very friendly, if there is even a small problem, they immediately fix it. The TV that wasn't working properly was immediately replaced with a new one, awesome. This is my umpteenth time staying at this place, nothing disappoints. Check-in is very fast, no need to wait for hours. I like the food, especially the potatoes which are delicious. For the price of around 200 it is very worth it, especially near the beach.

Booked 13 rooms, great service... I'll recommend it to friends next time. Close to Losari Beach, so you can take a morning walk along the beach in the morning, great.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room cleaning service was very helpful. The porter helped carry luggage during check-in and check-out. There is a free children's playground during the stay. The room was quite spacious and clean. There was a little puddle of water in the bathroom, but otherwise it was okay. Access to CPI/Legoland Makassar (children's playground) with rides like battery-powered cars/the Thousand Domes Mosque is quite close. There are many food vendors around the hotel. I will definitely come back here again.

A small complaint about the room key: every time I return to the hotel, it malfunctions, requiring a technician to open the door. This has happened four times, but no replacement or repair has been made. I always have to call a technician to help me open the door.
