The bed was uncomfortable and the pool and hot tub water smelled really bad

I gave this hotel five stars based on what it is, a dated hotel in the middle of Kansas. Nice pool with an actually hotish hot tub. Game room. There was a slight musty/old hotel smell as I entered the room but it cleared as I went in and away from the door or maybe the air conditioner. Staff was helpful when I locked my key in the room. They weren’t overly friendly but quiet and professional. There are plenty of dining options within a very short walk.

We were in a 26 foot uhaul and they had a whole lot for truck parking. Also restaurant in the parking lot- Page was excellent and got voucher for Perkins pancake house - also in parking lot for breakfast. Dated but worked just fine for our needs. Friendly folks.

The staff was wonderful, friendly and helpful.

The room seemed clean, only took the strength of two men to open our door. Didn’t know that breakfast was off. The property literally had maintenance and receptionist try to open our door with slamming their bodies into the door to even try to open it. Wish there was better lighting inside the room.

Breakfast was included at Perkins. It needed some upgrades.

This place it pretty dated, carpet and curtains look like it’s from the 70’s or 80’s. The entire place smells like someone has been smoke in here for years, yet it’s supposed to be smoke free.

For a hotel in a small town it was not bad. It had a nice big pool area. It also had an area for events.

Traveling through, great hot tub

I liked the lobby and they sent us across the parking lot to Perkins for breakfast which was really a good meal. However, I didn't like that my room was to the outside with an outside door. I was female traveling alone and it made me feel a little unsettled.

Check in was easy and quick. My room appears to be clean and well stocked

They advertised bar and restaurant. Had neither. Said included breakfast but thats next door at Perkins. Also for a best Western its not right to advertise as a hotel when the doors on the outside like a motel. When checking in she was very uninformed and when checking out another kady was sweet.

Great place to stay with kids. Pool is warm and kids loved the game room.

Clean room, clean towels, no off-smells. Properly stocked.
