All rooms should have hand bidet in the toilet. Room was smelly.I had to buy air fresher for the room. Housekeeping wise should seriously UPGRADE! Iron provided WITHOUT IRONING BOARD. Furniture is very old. Location was good as it is just 10mins away. I would like to give a shout out to one staff mame Priya. She was very attentive and polite.

The location is close to KL and the rooms are clean, but unfortunately food for Muslims is difficult to find because most of the food is Chinese and Japanese and the hotel doesn't have a restaurant and there is no food provided, and there is also no Qibla direction indicator for prayer.

Room has zero noise isolation, the person shouting and laughing at another room is like shutting and laughing at corridor. Too bad, during my stay time opposite room are idiots who still shout and laugh out loud even after 1pm.

No shampoo inside the room, the shower cap is faulty.

Hygiene is not really good. Quite a lot of dust at visible place, toilet bowl is not really clean. Toilet is small. But location is good, near to mid valley.

This hotel are very old, the room very small, even no place to open the luggage, the room have smell. I'm not come to stay in in hotel anymore. Not recommended.

The accommodation is located at a strategic place, but the washroom was a bit dirty and had cockroaches, the basin was clogged, and the bedsheet had a blood stain. Kindly take note of that.
