Nice hotel in the heart of Hikkaduwa. Good buffet breakfast. Plenty of restaurants near by if you want a change from hotel food. Like most hotels in this area it is right on the very busy main road. Traffic at night is very noisy, worth paying for a sea view room if you can.

Great breakfast and staff. The raised pool deck also lets you enjoy the beach with some privacy from the crowds and salespeople.

My room was on the beach side so my view was directly onto the incoming waves. The room was very basic but functional with twin beds next to each other. The bathroom had on opening onto the hallway for venting so any noise in the hallway came into the room. I would recommend a seasde room as the hotel is directly on the street and there is alot of traffic. Breakfast buffet was very good with choice of sri lankan or western food, which I appreciated. I had a free foot massage for free in the spa which was very good. I then booked a full massage and was informed that the price was appr. 30% more than on the pricelist due to taxes and service. Still not expensive but surprised me. Massage was also very good. The spa itself was just some walls in an open space on the 3rd floor. Simple but was open to the ocean so had the sound of the waves and an ocean breeze.

Was a very pleasant stay here. beds are pillows are super soft, just the type you need after partying all night! very very friendly and helpful hotel staff! linens could use a proper cleaning. I kept getting stained towels every day. I suggest bringing your own towel if you can. Other than that, I would highly recommend this place to any traveler who doesn't want a cheap guest house or a super expensive hotel.

Great location on beach, great pool. Although the room seemed basic on arrival and as a cheaper room located next to the busy road, it proofed to have the necessary amenities (wifi, air conditioning, comfortable bed with 2 pillows each, enclosed balcony, fridge, ensuite bathroom with hot water shower, plenty of clean towels) and we slept very well. Particularly liked the pool with view of the sea and deck for sunbathing and reading. Shame the breakfast was extra.

Had a nice time in this hotel. Close to the beach and to nightlife in Hikkaduwa. Nice beachfront balcony and pool!

loved the pool and just laying by it and listening to the ocean. room is pretty sparse with amenties but you dont need them since you should be outside at the pool. great views and love the bean bag chairs. Short walk to the beach area that you can swim

Hotel itself was terrific, great pool and a great price. However, the staff were very unhelpful, and wouldn't/couldn't recommend any restaurants for us to eat in, besides their own. One particular staff member wasn't even able to help us with directions on how to get a bus to Colombo. The bathroom in our room was also ridiculously hot and humid, and was disgusting to be inside.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Fast check in and clean rooms. Well worth the money.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit Pool und Restaurant. Schöne Zimmer. Für Taucher sehr zum Vorteil das es eine Tauchschule im Hotel hat.

Det var endast en lättdörr mellan oss och grannen (en stor barnfamilj) så resultatet blev ett extremt lyhört rum. Vidare var fönstret mot vägen så trafik hördes dygnet runt. Ljudisolering är bara att glömma. Ljudmässigt kändes det som om man sov under bar himmel med en stor barnfamilj strax intill.
