Clean room, friendly staff.

A great stay. The inn keeper family are lovely. The location is perfect w easy parking and good views and balcony. Breakfast lovely. The building super well made and quiet. Will be back!

Lovely property on the edge of Mayrhofen. Spacious room with balcony, friendly & helpful staff, convenient (near the train station). Highly recommended - we hope to visit again.

Pool was empty. Had to pay €5 per person extra to use the sauna and let people know 12 hours in advance. Only 1 pillow. Shower was great.

The Gaestehaus Birkenhof is a very well run establishment. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, spacious and up to date. The Moigg family was very kind and attentive. Everything about our stay was excellent.

This is a lovely clean and friendly hotel. It’s a great location a few minutes from the train station although very quiet and very near good places to eat. Breakfast is lovely although a little basic. We plan to go back again soon.

The Gästehaus Birkenhof was a fantastic choice for a place to stay in Mayrhofen and definitely one we would choose again. Incredibly near to the train station and downtown, but just on the edge of the area in a quiet field so that you have the peace and quiet visitors want in the Alps. The staff and family running the place were incredibly friendly and helpful, breakfast was very good, and everything about our room and the accommodations was wonderful (including the ping pong table!) The benefit of free pool and tennis court access was useful as well. We would definitely recommend the Gästehaus Birkenhof and look forward to staying here again!

Liked the traditional style of the building, helpful hosts, and cliseness to town and rail station. Didnt appreciate non supply of soap in bathroom, this is expected at any homestay, guesthouse, or pension weve experienced before. We expected to have an opportunity for a hot drink in room or lounge area in evening, usually provided when staying with families. These two little things spoilt our experience somewhat.

We stayed for the Easter break. Location was great beside the train station and buses to the glacier. Also walking distance to the town and parking if driving. We skiing every year and must say we all said we would book here again. If i was too try find some fault, there are no shower gel or shampoo (but plenty shops that sell resonable) so I would count this as bad. Lovely and very helpful family. I would recommend to stay here.

Would definitely stay here again. Staff were lovely, hotel was immaculate and the room was great. Location was perfect for us, close enough walk to the lifts and town but off of the main high street.

Location was perfect next to train station though don't worry can't hear the trains. Hosts were excellent, great local knowledge and very helpful. We travelled with a 4 month old and a 4 year old and room was plenty big enough. Very helpful and responsive to emails when trying to arrange things for the baby. Also helped speak to the airport regarding our missing pram. Host does an amazing job even with 3 young children off on school holidays.

Dejligt sted i flotte omgivelser. Stedets værter knokler for at levere den bedste service og det lykkes godt. Vi kommer tilbage.
