The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and breakfast was tasty. I was irritated that the hot tub was broken and I wasn't informed. Also, the external door in our room and the around the air conditioning unit was so drafty we had to use most of the towels and pillows to block the cold air coming in.

The room was perfect. The staff were great. The restaurant was under renovation, so only breakfast was served. Hot tub was out of service, but pool was plenty warm. The kids loved it. We will be back. Thanks!!

Room had no heat, space heater provided but didn't help much at -16, bottom of door had gaps on each side that you could see the outside, bathroom sink clogged, bathroom ceiling looked like it was about to fall out from water damage, bathroom door wouldn't shut properly unless closed from the bedroom side

Room is spotless. Fresh made omelet was tasty. I really liked the easy login to my netflix app.

It was -15 outside, a snow storm had just started -I checked in late at midnight , the room was freezing cold. The baseboard radiators did not work, and the heating fan was very loud but did not produce any heat, I had to sleep in my clothes and hat to keep warm . I was to tired to ask if I could change rooms I did not sleep well at all.

Very nice stay. Good breakfast. We will be back.

Everything was fine

The whole hotel and facilites are quite rundown. The only heating system in the room is an old window fan, extremely noisy and with low performance. The swimming pool, large and deep, is a ruin, the ceiling is covered with (dirty) insulating foam, and there are no changing rooms. Finally, the hotel is surrounded by parking lots, without any charm.

Very clean accommodations and as always an excellent breakfast buffet. Extra special mention go to Jay who checked us in, and to Sunny who was working overnight and was so kind to me in the middle of the night while I was struggling with insomnia. Also an extra mention to the very pleasant and capable gentleman who was making omelets and eggs to order, I apologize for not remembering his name. Also the very efficient and friendly lady who welcomed us to the buffet and was busy keeping the dining room clean.

Everything was great. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The property is showing its age. Basic stay at a reasonable price. Keeping properties up is tought and expensive but a necessary evil. Staff were excellent.
