Good staff and good location. Not far from turkey point and port dover. Reasonable price.

Great place to stay

Room was decently clean and accommodations were available (fridge, microwave, shower, iron).

Arrived and there was no bar soap in the bathroom. Front desk staff provided three once requested. The property is dated. Cleaniless was okay - streaky mirrors and shower stall. No breakfast included in the price which was disappointing. Paid $270 for one night. Limited hotel options in Simcoe. You get what you get in small towns. We grabbed Tim Hortons on the way out for breakfast options. Couldn't use the hotel restaurant as it opened at 7 a.m.

Stayed for a wedding, only complaints was couldnt accomadate early check in which made everything rushed. Especially since rooms were blocked for this wedding

Excellent service at front desk when checking in and out. Excellent food and service for breakfast in the dining room.

Room was clean and comfortable. Coffee available all day is appreciated. Too bad breakfast not included in price, buy food was good. Had a bit of wait due to short staffing.

Clean, quiet and spacious room. Very friendly front desk staff. On the other hand call centre staff are uninformed and told me the property was sold out when it wasn’t.

We always stay here when we visit my mother in-law and always have a great stay here.

You people are scammers nowhere on the app did it say that I’d be paying you $250 security deposit on my credit card for which it takes five business days to get back which could end up being two weeks with weekends and holidays this is ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous. Why not just at least offer to pay cash that way you’d get it back the next day I cannot afford to keep spending $250 every night while I’m travelling in the hopes I’ll get it back in two weeks that adds up the bills on my credit card. This is a total scam

The headboard was dusty and had handprints but all else was very clean.

Room was okay, stayed for about a week on a business trip. I had no issues with the room.

We were there in the middle of a snowstorm. Conveniently located and accommodating for people attending a wedding in Delhi.
