Our stay was okay but NOT having AC is a game changer for us. We run hot and not having that amenity will be a problem for us in the summer months. I didn’t realize that when we booked our stay. Also, when you book a room for four people (adults) you should up the towels for the room based on that. At least a face cloth each.

Amazing location in the Harbour! Walking distance to Murger Burger(HUGE BONUS) Breakfast was decent actually, and a huge money saver! Food never ran out and I made a plate and took it to my room to enjoy which was awesome! The pool was nice and warm. My reason for the 4* is our beds were SUPER indented in the middle, as if a 700 pound person slept in it for 10 years. I had my 4 year old in the bed and he kept rolling into me and I couldn't lay on my stomach as it bent my spine too much. Would stay again but I would need to check the bed in the room first.

Location was amazing. Price vs location made it even better. Loved having a balcony overlooking the harbor.

Love this hotel after many stays, but our room had used q tips under the desk and there were silverfish in the hallway:(We do love location,great breakfast & the umbrellas are a bonus,but maybe time for an update?

The view and room description didn’t quite meet expectation. It would have been nice to access the pool before 10am since checkout is 11am.

It's in a good location.. but it's very noisy with the construction.. Also, because there's no AC, so you have to open the windows.. There's also no window screens on the kitchen window.. so you can't really leave that window open.. but we left the balcony door open..

There were two staff upon arrival. One was helping someone, the other was on their computer and didn't make eye contact until directed to do so by their colleague. That was weird. The room was super dated. I mean, really really dated. Updated in patvjes every decade it appears. That's about as often as it's been cleaned too. The floor was horrifying. I'm not a germophombe but my goodness, replace those god awful carpets and clean things once in a while. The shared amenities like the breakfast and pool were updated and clean. Well done. Money invested and reflects as such. The pool is wonderful as is the hot tub. The parking lot has a very low ceiling so if you have a high clearance, be careful. The breakfast is awesome. Good quality, well staffed, abundant. Good place for a family. Just bring a hazmat suit.

Great location. We appreciated having a kitchenette, so we didn't have to eat out every meal. We had a balcony that overlooked the park/pool, which was really nice. The included breakfast was as expected of a Best Western - plentiful but not exceptional. The hot tub was out of order the week we were there.

The rooms are clean, and we had a very quiet room. The hot tub was functional half the time. Breakfast was a disappointment

The only thing I could say that was slightly negative was the breakfast room was hot.

The hotel is very conveniently located in walkable distance to downtown and is a beautiful tree lined neighborhood

Great hotel, super quiet, best sleeps I’ve ever had at a hotel.

Easy to walk to for a reasonable price. Upon arrival room was not ready, was told we would get a text letting us know it was ready. Never did. Front desk staff knew little to nothing about the area. Did not know where anything was and at one point googled something, which i am capable of doing. Room and amenities were good. Very quiet location. Hot tub, was super hot which was great. Breakfast was ok. Very typical, eggs, toast, sausage, coffee/juice. Nothing special but edible. Overall would stay again, but wouldn't rely on the front staff for info. Taxi from the airport to the hotel cost $71 CAD plus tip

Big rooms, pool and hot tub are great. Morning breakfast also a great add on and good value all around!
