Very nice. Fragrance free Friendly

The food was terrible. The toilet ran all night. The people upstairs were so loud because they had like eight kids went to breakfast. I’ve never had a meal so disgusting but they really tried hard. There was only two people cooking or even waiting on us at their restaurant.

This is hands down the most awful hotel I’ve stayed in. The room was smelly, broken furniture, stained carpet, dirty walls/doors/floors. The breakfast was average at best especially when the server was cussing and banging around d the place yelling he was quitting. Best Western you need to do something with this place.

Staff was responsive and helpful. Nice room with clean linens. We were very disappointed that the hot tub was not working the entire time we were there.

Nice location. Likely the best in this small town. But an old style 2 level walk up motel. Room was a bit dank smelling though clean. Older bath fixtures. Dated furnishings and colours. The heating unit blew dust and a musky smell and could not be used. You can’t hide the age of the c building or its architectural design and in suite appointments. I have a bad leg and could not get a ground floor unit. The stairs, open riser and metal open treads were difficult to navigate. The handrail was tight against the wall in places which made it very difficult to use for support. Likely a code violation. Overall satisfied but would not likely stay again

In the middle of a renovation. Our room had recently been redone. You can tell the hotel had been allowed to suffer under the prior owners. But it looks like it will be wonderful when completely finished.

Room floor was dirty. Beer can in garbage.

I was very pleased with the ease of check-in, the professionality of customer service provided, and the comfortability of the room. The golf course surrounding the hotel grounds provided such a spectacular appearance and appeal. The maple tree by the office was also a great addition to the hotel grounds. The spactacular mountain views added to the overall pleasantry of this location. I greatly appreciated the free hot breakfast in the morning and was also pleased with the service provided there.

Check in was fast and easy; properly is well maintained and quiet

Hotel is in of repairs, and updating. Pool area definitely had some issues, there was a towel and a hammer in the spa and also had exposed wires. Bugs floating on top of pool water but no sign saying it was closed or nothing mentioned about the pool being closed from the front desk. Bathrooms are in major need of updating. Breakfast was good, they make to order, however booth we sat in had a metal strap poking out and scratched our legs. Resort should definitely be dropped from the description of the hotel. Definitely over priced for the state the hotel is in.

We’ve stayed here many times over the years. Now under new management. The tub took 15 to drain from my shower. The complimentary breakfast was in the diner next door and used to be terrific. This time service was slow, pancake tasted pre-made and was cold, bacon and decaf weren’t good. Doubt we’ll be back.
