I like the downtown location of the property. Convenient. Parking is a block away. I appreciated having an onsite restaurant. I was disappointed to learn there was no complimentary breakfast.

It’s a good night sleep for me. Room is clean and their staff are nice. Everything good. The only concern I have is their parking. Too far from the facility.

Warmth’s welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Location is perfect. One downfall is not having the Breakfast included with the room

Last minute booking when my travel plans didn't go as planned. Located downtown. Parking was a challenge but I found a spot at a meter - didn't have to pay but if you are there after 8 am, the meters are active (I left before). Historic style hotel. Cozy and spacious room. Cold and refreshing air conditioning. The biggest issue I had is the floors are very squeaky and so much so that it woke me up before my alarm ever did. Otherwise, no other issues...I would stay here again.

Very friendly, helpful front desk staff. Clean, nice room, comfortable bed. Parking in a "fenced" lot, 3/4 is fenced, other side wide open. Thin walls, could clearly hear room next door, and person above. Maybe just the room i was in 306 but no outlets to charge phone etc, tv streaming issue made it impossible to watch a movie, fridge had no freezer compartment, shower head loose, lost most of the water pressure.

The room was clean, however the Television wouldn't turn on with the remote and the bathtub drain was clogged

Nice hotel, and well-located for exploring Whitehorse and surroundings.

Very clean room and bathroom was spotless with nice fixtures, bright and good counter space. A second chair in room would have been nice. Fridge and microwave very clean and worked well. Only personal preference concern was found the bed too soft lacking support and neither of us are large people. Easy walking distance to shops, eateries and the river.

Not one of the air conditioners worked. The phone didn’t even work. The suite was really rundown. The beds were clean.

Everything was great but there is nowhere really to take your dog to do their business. You have to walk down the road. All other things were great

It was a wonderful experience to stay here and the staff was above and beyond amazing! Parking however, is not very convenient.

This pet friendly hotel had air conditioned very clean and extremely comfortable rooms that were quiet for downtown! The initial lobby drive up was a bit confusing during check in but they do have designated parking area after you unload. I loved that it had a gold rush style restaurant inside. I wish the rooms came with breakfast as most Best Westerns do. There is one small elevator. The staff were friendly and efficient but I did notice first nations people seemed to be treated with icy reception, and that alarmed me being from Alaska.

Enjoyed my stay (thanks for the Nespresso machine in the room. Restaurant was great too - friendly staff for sure. I'll be back if I travel north again.
