Very small bathroom. Toilet did not flush well.

The girl at desk was courteous and was imformative. however the room could of had soap at sink. And cleaning could have been better.

The staff was friendly and helpful despite challenging even dangerous storm conditions. They made an extra effort to make us feel welcome.

Really nice place to stay! Staff is awesome.

We planned our stay here around a concert at nearby Bethel Woods. Everything was fine until we saw that all of the toiletries provided contained argan oil and there is a tree nut allergy in our family. Unfortuneately there were no other soaps available at the desk and we made do with some cleansing wipes we had in our luggage.

Very clean rooms

Inexpensive, Clean, amazing staff, huge room, convenient location to dining, most comfortable bed and pillows and parking. You can't go wrong, because I still can't believe I paid next to nothing just to lay my head after DJing a New Years Eve event in the area. I was well pleased and will certainly be back when I have to DJ in that area again, because most of my events in that area mostly ends between midnight - 2 AM in the morning and I hate traveling back to the NYC that late and far.

Nice place to sleep quiet

Everyone there was very friendly. The only negative was the exercise room which i was looking firward to. Tread mill wasnt working or stair stepper. Rather dissapointing. Very convenient to various restaurants and Bethel Woods!

This property is not clean or well maintained. The pillowcases had brown spots on them, and the bed’s headboard had a white substance smeared all over it. Unfortunately, there are very few other lodging choices in this part of NY state, so this Best Western is also appallingly expensive.
