Fantastic place to stay

I am not sure if it was because we were an Expedia booking, but I feel like we had the worse room in the place, room 119, although 118 would be just as bad. We were next door to the restaurant, with an open door to the restaurant just outside our door. By 630 am there was much banging and clanging of cooking and loud talking of the staff. Not really acceptable.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff

Room was lovely, with a balcony, separate sitting room and kitchen area with all amenities including fridge, coffee maker, kettle and toaster, all in new condition. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom was lovely with a great, in bath, shower. Swimming pool was very good with a lovely warm hot tub. They even had a pool flume for the kids. I had the whole pool facility to myself and the pool had a good straight length for swimming. They had a restaurant on site which was unfortunately closed for maintenance for 2 days. The only downside side to our stay was that we had planned to have dinner and breakfast at the hotel as it was slightly out of town, and we were not advised of the closure prior to arrival, so we could not revise our plans. They did however refund the breakfast element of our booking. We had to drive into town for dinner and many of the places to eat were closed, but we had good pizzas at the Glacier Pizzeria. Would thoroughly recommend the Hotel which was good value and a great stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at the best Western. The staff at check-in were friendly and helpful. The large lounge area was very nice and we used it to play some cards and watch the end of the baseball game. The rooms are spacious and clean and it was close to restaurants easy to find off the highway and we would stay there again in the future if we’re ever driving through

Room was a safe clean place to stop on our road trip .

Expedia has it listed with an included breakfast. This was not the case which was disappointing because it was one of the main reasons we chose it.

Timely, courteous and special commendation to Lisa and the young Asian looking young man. They worked so hard. under trying conditions and made everyone happy.

Nice room. Good bed. AC unit a bit loud.

Great reception, friendly and helpful. Room was clean and beds were comfortable no noise at night. My travel partner really enjoyed the pool and lounge area. Ate twice at the attached restaurant and the food and service was really good. Bright restaurant with nice views. I highly recommend this hotel

Great place to stay

The staff was so good and friendly. We had a problem with are first room and they moved us right away and the hotel was nice and quite. The food was not so good unfortunately 😕 my family got sick from food
