The property was in a great location. Near everything. Could walk easily. The breakfast was AMAZING!! Best lox I’ve had anywhere! The room was small with no dresser or drawers and a closet (not really) that could fit 2 small jackets. Our room was supposed to have a balcony but it was old and no chairs. No place to put anything in the bathroom but the shower was small but good. I think it was quite expensive for the room with no amenities. But if you are looking for a perfect location and phenomenal breakfast and great staff and can stay on a small space, this is the place.

What appeared online to be a really nice hotel was quite the disappointment. We opted for a balcony room thinking it was gonna be a luxury. The room was so small. Two people cannot move about with one of them standing in a corner so that you could get around the room. The room was tiny. The balcony left a lot to be desired. The only good thing about the balcony was we could open the doors to get air because the hotel did not have air-conditioning as stated. The shower door was leaking. There was no door on the bathroom for privacy. My sister had a regular room that was at least 2 1/2 times the size of our room that we paid more for. I would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel itself was wonderful, but what truly made the experience exceptional was the staff. When I lost the key to my suitcase lock, the manager immediately stepped in and arranged for maintenance to help. Within no time, they were in my room and able to safely cut the lock off, saving me a great deal of stress. The team also accommodated an early check-in, which was greatly appreciated after a long journey. The rooms are stylish, modern, and incredibly comfortable, and the location is ideal for exploring the area. Great service can make all the difference, and this team went above and beyond. I would happily stay here again. We were there on our way to flam but would certainly do it again!

Our room was so fun on the eyes! Spacious, comfortable, but the winner was the woman who ran the front desk. Friendly, helpful and so accommodating!

Interesting bathroom/shower!

One of the days I stayed was a local holiday, but it was not made clear that breakfast service that day would be later than usual.I was leaving early for a day-trip and had to go without the breakfast I had expected (& paid for).

Very nice and helpful staff. However, needed wheelchair access. Facility and room were doable, but not great. Would not stay again for this reason.

Boutique hotel in the heart of the city! Close to everything. Would highly recommend!

Room was very clean, but small. One elevator, can be busy, breakfast is included and it was excellent!
