Access to various places is easy, food is also easy, only the room is a bit narrow because the table is too long hehehe but so far it's comfortable with the cleanliness and all the facilities, I recommend it

The bedsheets were untidy, the dressing table was stained, the bathroom was unclean with yellow stains on the toilet bowl, the grout was missing and the floor was black and very dirty. The bathroom floor was still wet even though we checked in late. The noise was extremely loud and penetrated the door. Once is enough. This place is probably not suitable for us.

The reception staff provided very good service.

Comfortable hotel.. Stayed 2 nights.. tomorrow asked housekeeping to please clean the room.. Had breakfast once but unfortunately the food served was non-halal.. so we just had coffee and croissants...

I was very impressed with the rooms and reception staff. However, I was very impressed with the security staff (parking) of the hotel. The male staff member had rather bad behavior and words, which made customers see the lack of service standards, especially in his words, facial expressions, and gestures. "This part of the staff should be improved." Thank you.

I stayed at Leevana Hotel, Hat Yai recently. I really enjoyed almost everything about it: Location is central, close to most attractions — just a 10-30 minute drive to places like Asean Night Market, Greenway, and Lee Garden area. For Muslims, halal food options are nearby, making it very convenient. Check-in was smooth and fast. Staff were friendly, polite, and helpful. Parking is easy and accessible for those driving.

The staffs are lovely and kind. I will come back to stay here again and again.

We are group travellers with 6 car. Parking Lot available to cope with nearly 20 cars. Anyhow, need to arrange a staff to control the car parking.

This hotel is comfortable. Good for those who come with family. In front of this hotel there is a dimsum shop, it is really delicious. At night you can hang out on the right side of the hotel there is 7e, in front there is a mamak that has delicious egg rolls. A little above there is a stall that has delicious moi. The room is really comfortable. Worth to stay 👍🏻
