The receptionist leidy provided excellent service

Dont worth this money. Problems with hot water, to far from center...

The room is so tiny , to much small , even you have to walk by the side to fit in. The pics of the place mislead the size and comfortability of the hostels. I really don't recommend this place especially if you have any condition. The baths is so small makes very difficult to take a decent shower, very slippery and dangerous so the person can easily fall in. It a shame for part of Expedia recommend this place and present to the client in the way you do. The light in the room is very poor. This place make me to think two times before use Expedia for my trips in any way.

Terrible Bugs’s house!! In the first night, my brother and I got bit by bed bugs. There’s still some scars on my face:( the second night, there was problem with door lock, we were lock outside for around 50 minutes in the cold mid-night. That was a night mare experience!!

I didn’t like the hours for the reception desk. It wasn’t long enough, and although I was able to check in at the kiosk, I couldn’t find parking and ended up parking at the supermercado.

Good location and very friendly staff. The drainage in the bathrooms need replacing as it smells from there but hey, it was cheap and clean so no complaints.

The staff are very nice. When I needed an urgent help, they were there. The room smells like sewerage when bathroom door is not closed. You could hear noise from next door. I can not complain for the price I paid.

No nonsense hotel, hostel feel for sure.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, with easy transportation links nearby and several shops/cafes/restaurants. Not too busy so a good place to stay for a bit more quiet while still being close to the city centre.

First we had an issue with the self check in thing as the reservation "number" was my first name !!! and we did check with the hostel before we went there and the reception is only open for a couple of hours, fortunately there was someone there by luck. The neighborhood is really quiet and not a touristic one and is really near to the metro. The rooms were really good and clean, with a little kitchen and fridge.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and my only complaint is that the walls are thin so other guests cooking, smoking or partying can be heard/smelled at all hours. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful, but available during very limited hours. And we were made to pay a "traveler's tax" (50 cents per person per night), which we never encountered anywhere else in Spain. That seemed a bit strange. I'd stay here again (the price is right), but all taxes and fees should be included at the time of booking. And the smoking inside is gross, though this isn't the fault or problem of this hotel alone.

Habitación grande con cama de matrimonio. El colchón es muy cómodo. La 302 da a la calle y no se oyen los ruidos. El baño tiene una pica muy muy pequeña, pero la ducha es fantástica y el gel huele muy bien. Sólo se encuentra a faltar más luz en el baño y una pica más grande

El personal fue súper amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos. La habitación es súper espaciosa y bonita. El lugar está ubicado muy cerca de un supermercado y estación del metro; es un barrio no turístico, entonces es un lugar muy tranquilo

Buena experiencia, por algún motivo una esquina de las sábanas siempre estaba mojada. En el área donde tienen la máquina dispensadora, deberían añadir más métodos de pago al igual que un microondas pero, la relación precio beneficio del lugar era buena.

El lugar es perfecto para dormir o descansar, cumple con la limpieza , recomendable

Son pequeñas las habitaciones pero justo lo q se requiere comidas y muy limpias
