Enjoyed the location which is across the street from a park where we caught an evening open air tourist bus and went around the city. Great open air food court a few yards from the hotel with a wide variety of food choices. If you want more fine dining, a variety of nice restaurants walking distance

The pros: proffesional service at the front desk, good breakfast The cons: double room too small, insufficient noise insulation

I am driving solo from Mexico to Tulsa. This was my first stop. I stayed Christmas Eve and Christmas night. The staff was wonderful and the facility very clean and pretty. I treated myself to the suite, not knowing they had no elevator. I was a little disappointed that the room was so basic. However, it was nice. I paid quite a bit for the room being the holidays which was understandable. I was out off that they have an extra charge for the water and coffee in the room! My room faced the malecón which was very noisy. The kitchen sink had hit water but not the shower. I could hear the music from a near by restaurant. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well! The hotel had a good vibe, and the staff was very friendly! I would definitely stay there again for a night or so but wouldn’t enjoy it for a long stay.

It was an amazing stay. It’s a smaller size hotel room but for a couple it’s a nice size. The breakfast was amazing! I’d be back just for the breakfast. Very nice location. Close to a variety of restaurants and other hotels.

The stay for one night only and it was what we needed.

The pool could have more shade. There's no service there. Great location though, friendly staff.

Nice and convenient hotel in a very green and beautiful area in Villahermosa.

There is a bar in the hotel...very noisy, woke me up at 3am.

The hotel was exceptionally clean. The only thing is that there are no microwaves and mini fridge in the rooms. Besides that, everything is wonderful. Security passes through the area all night long and you feel safe. There is an exceptional upscale restaurant El Ganadero just down the street with reasonable prices. I loved Villahermosa and can't wait to return.

Clean, great breakfast. Undersecure parking but in a quiet safe area. Wish they spent the attention on the rooms that they did on the lobby. Rooms were small and underequipped. Comfortable though. Not quite as nice as the photos, but not bad for an overnight.

The complimentary breakfast is really good. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. The location is convenient, there’re restaurants nearby and has easy access to the main avenues

We enjoyed this hotel very much! Clean, modern, close to everything. Great breakfast buffet ~ it would be nice to keep it open a little longer , maybe until 11:00 am in the weekdays

Hotel is soulless and situated in a wasteland. A few expensive restaurants and not a single bar to be found. Not recommended!

Staff was helpful and friendly. Complimentary breakfast was excellent and filling. Good safe location. Hotel parking convenient.

Business trip. Nice place and near where I needed to meet colleagues.
