Lovely place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. There is no staff there, but they are available by phone. We had no trouble getting in and checking in on the automated machine. The location is great.

Excellent location, 5-7mins from the square where the cathedral is. Everything is easily within walking distance. Room was VERY spacious, clean and comfortable. We arrived early and left our suitcase with the team and they put it in our room for us when it was prepared. Access instructions and communication was good and we had no issues getting into the building and checking-in. There are some shops on the main road to the cathedral. If you cross over the road across the small square, you get to a department store and can then walk up the newer part of the town. The river walk is also a short distance and make sure you go see the old beautiful giant trees in the square across the main road. Would love to go back and would be more than happy to stay here again. Recommend you book a room with en-suite bathroom. Those without - from what we could see some rooms had their own dedicated bathroom, accessed by key card but needed to cross the hallway (literally opposite those rooms - 2 steps!).

Hotel is in desperate need of a deep cleaning and repair. Specially the bathroom. There is grime, limescale, dirt and mould in the bathroom. There is a crack above the shower with a hose where water drips form some other room/appartment. On the room, the duvet has yellow stains and its not in a duvet cover as it is the standart hygenic protocol but just between two loose sheets. Curtains barely cover any sunlight and pillows are very unconfortable as they are made of a sponge-like material.

Check in was quick and easy thanks to the kind staff. The room was nicely decorated and homey. Above all, everything was clean, comfortable, and convenient. Will definitely stay at this location again!

The building itself is beautiful and the location is great, especially during Las Fallas. However, we were disappointed with the stay and will not be coming back. Our room really needed a proper clean. The bed and towels were clean, but the floors and walls, especially in the bathroom, had visible built-up dirt. We stayed in a standard double room with bathroom, and the windows did not lead outside. There was no main light either, so the room was very dark all day. While this helped with noise during Las Fallas, the room felt quite depressing, and it was impossible to do makeup properly as the bathroom lighting was also poor. The room was also very noisy from neighbours and other guests. This may be due to the type of building, but it was hard to sleep whenever people in nearby rooms were moving around. There were no basic amenities, no fridge, no kettle, no safe, and no proper wardrobe, just a very basic clothes rack. Overall, the room felt mis-sold and far more stripped-back than expected. We did not see any staff during our stay. Communication over WhatsApp was pleasant. The positives were the good location and the strong water pressure in the shower. In short: a great building and location, but the room itself was not up to standard.

We stayed in the ‘superior double room’ and couldn’t fault our stay! The room was really spacious and had everything we needed - huge king bed, storage including a desk and open wardrobe, tv and fridge, en suite bathroom. It was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The self check-in process was quite straightforwards - I would recommend having all the information to hand ready for check in as we were scrolling trying to remember the steps, but that was our fault! The building is in a fantastic location and we couldn’t believe that we were so close to lots of great shops, bars, cafes and bakeries and barely five minutes walk from the cathedral square. It is a noisy road because of the location, but this didn’t bother us as we took ear plugs. A great stay in central Valencia for a really reasonable price - thanks!

Lack of staff support, not enough pillows, I tried to call to request an iron but no answer.

Very thin walls, you can hear literally everything, from the way cars pass by to the way neighbors walk, you can not normally sleep and rest, the hotel gives earplugs. The hotel describes that there is a parking lot, but they don't warn that it has nothing to do with them and doesn't need to be paid for separately.

It was a beautiful building very closed walking distance to main downtown Valencia attractions. Charming Bar/Coffee places near by. Very closed to shopping mall Corte Ingles. Highly recommended

Horrible hotel, wouldn’t recommend to consider it. First, they claim they have parking available, then you find out they cooperate with a private parking for €18. Then the check-in you do yourself, it’s long, complicated and stupid. They waste no money for staff, but you still pay the full price. The service desk is only from 9 am to 3 pm. I paid €60 for one night and it was nothing like the picture, the room was small, the terrace was non existent and went to internal like garbage disposal. When I texted to upgrade the room, they responded in a quite rude manner that there is no availability and it’s my fault I didn’t read the description correctly. 0/10, if I could put 0 stars I would. Edited: ABSOLUTELY horrible breakfast. They charge you 8 eur and then you’ll have to go 10 minutes away to a different restaurant to have this MISERABLE breakfast which you can buy for 2 eur regularly. DONT GET SCAMMED

Fascinating localtion. Beautiful, spacious room.

The room was extraordinarily spacious, airy, clean, and comfortable while also flattering me with its fresh elegance. I loved the bed; if time had permitted, I would have spent all day in it. The bathroom too was spacious and well lit, while the independently controlled electric radiator guaranteed constant warmth and fast-drying towels. The only major problem was the television: its remote control did not work. All the staff were extremely kind and gracious, especially Maria Carmen. She let me keep my pile of luggage under lock and key in the office between my morning check-out and my departure at 3:00 p.m. Muchas gracias!

A very nice stay at the Hotel

Great location, comfy bed, friendly staff and very helpful to all requests (I needed and iron and kettle). Close distance to attractions. Room exactly as picture. I was worried about the toilet outside of room, but no issues at all as it was literally opposite.
