Room sizes were very inconsistent, I came with my family with 3 rooms booked. We all payed the same and booked the same size room- one of us had a box room with no table, no space to turn or walk around the bed and the floor boards above the room were very loud if the person above is walking around at 2 am- which was the case (if you get room 102 then good luck)! Another person had a large room with table and chairs and space to move around all for the same price- so luck of the draw on your experience.

Perfect for solo travel as a wee bar and cafe made arriving after 7 easy. The reception staff are the most helpful and genuine I have come across. I have not stayed here before but i will come back when i have a car .Not ideal for train or bus travellers as it is a good few miles out of Bristol centre.

Lovely welcome by receptionist, overall a nice hotel, close to Cribbs causeway shopping. Room was spacious, could do with a good clean in some areas , a bit dusty and dirty and no mirror in the room, only a small one in the bathroom , but would probably stay again for the price.

Great location for access to the motorway. We were travelling from Wales into Outer Bristol. Great room for a family stay. Super helpful stay. Our room wasn't quite ready, but staff provided warm drinks free off charge.

I thought all hotels were encouraged to put mattress protectors on the beds underneath the top sheet. I have stayed quite a few times recently in differing rooms - and never had a mattress protector - always just a single sheet. Worrying.

Stayed here a good few times now. Check-in this time was much better. Room cleanliness continues to be an issue, dirty toilet this time. Under the seat had not be cleaned, pretty disgusting! Aircon not working in room so reliant on a fan heater. Hotel has so much potential but not the best right now.

Very conveniently located. Ample parking. Reception staff extremely helpful. One negative point. The shower cubical is slippery and unsafe. Shower controls are not user friendly. Much Water spills to the outside the tray wetting the floor heavily. A simple solution would be to fit a sliding curtain to contain the water spill.

Arranged same day to travel down from Manchester to visit our new grandchild in Bristol. Booked the cheapest available room, but it had some problems - very cold (though we did eventually work out how to get the heating on), TV not working, lots of road noise. Mentioned this to a very helpful lady on reception and she gave us a free upgrade to a bigger, warmer, quieter room.
