The staff was very helpful and friendly! Especially the long straight dark receptionist on evening shift. Sorry I dont remember her name. The hotel was very quiet!

MERCURE HOTEL IS VERY NICE HOTEL AND THE BEST IS STAFF BUT ONE THING MAKE MY STAY BAD THAT NO Ac condition available in rooms , you can get noisy fan only .
