Lovely views and good size room Room very hot for sleeping Restaurant food was lovely and reasonable priced

Plenty of car parking, the staff were warm and welcoming and the room was clean, the bathroom was very spacious, and the restaurant downstairs was very convenient

We had been camping for 5 nights so the comfortable bed was perfect and the room was warm and welcoming. The staff were also very friebdly.

Last minute stay due to flight issues. Close to Edinburgh airport without the astronomical costs of onsite airport hotels. Lovely walk in Bo'ness. Food was excellent. Would gladly stay again.

Hotel room was clean & fresh, but disappointed there was only 2 bottles of water and two cups for hot drinks when there was three of us staying in the room. The pillows also were extremely lumpy and uncomfortable.

Staff in reception and restaurant were exceptionally helpful. Bedrooms spacious and comfortable (but no plug in basin). Repeat telephone calls prior to my visit were unanswered.

We were just pasding through and needed a late night check in and comfortable bed. We arrived at 1am due to plane delays. There was a glitch with our first room that was addressed immediately by the staff. Very accommodating. We got what we were looking for. I probably would not stay for an extended time unless I was alone because of the room size and very tiny sink in wc.

Lovely hotel with stunnning views of Bo’ness. Very friendly staff. Good food and drink. Room extremely clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking and good value for money

Booked at short notice to look at wedding venues in the area. The hotel was clean, comfortable and in a great location. The last minute rate was terrific and the hotel massively over-delivered on what I was expecting. We'll be using again when next in the area.

Was visiting Edinburgh and Glasgow and didnt want to stay in the cities. Hotel was perfect, gorgeous view of the river, staff were all very helpful. Good scottish breakfast. We drove to Linlithgow and got the train to Edinburgh, everything very accessible. Rooms very a very decent size

Very comfortable rooms, had beautiful breakfast one morning , we were travelling early so easy access out with very little traffic ..

Second visit to this hotel. Great value. Service is good, room was nice and wifi was fine. Dinner in the restaurant was good. Breakfast not included in my package but full menu available and was very nice.
