The front desk staff were very pleasant and accommodating. There were 15 relatives staying in the hotel as we were in town for a memorial service the following day. We inquired as to whether we might be able to use a meeting room to gather for some visiting during the evening as we were coming from a variety of different cities. They were very gracious and allowed us to use a space at no charge which was greatly appreciated! My husband and I checked into our room and soon realized that the fridge was not working. Again, the front desk staff were very pleasant about it and offered us a free upgrade to a different room. We would definitely stay there again!

Room was clean and staff were very friendly. Wide selection for breakfast. Pool was loud with a ton of echo but fun was had so good exchange.

We were in town for a concert so picked the Best Western for its location near the highway but also the local shopping and the concert venue. We will def Italy stay here again as everything is close by and the hotel itself is super clean and the staff friendly.

Was what we expected. The check in girl was deeply confused about us prepaying the room though.

Staff very friendly and smile all the time. Rooms very clean and spacious. Downfall was the parking spots to small for a regular pickup.

Our family room for 3 adults was clean. Breakfast was good and the selection changed each day. Front desk staff were friendly and very helpful.

The complimentary breakfast had a very good variety (something for everyone) and I enjoyed the fact that there was a wide choose of flavored coffee.

The breakfast menu was very fresh! The hot tub was very warm but over run and very loud with a bunch of kids so we were only there for 15 minutes the first night and did t even use it the second night because of all the kids. Very disappointed that we weren't able to relax in the hot tub which is what we were all really looking forward to

The property was well kept the staff were great and the Hottub and pool were a lot of fun. Breakfast was great and one of the best for having fresh items and the waffle station and that amazing coffee machine. Great job guys and we would stay here again.
