Great staff so friendly. The room was good, it was very clean. The king bed was a bit hard but manageable. Overall a good stay!

I travel a lot to Stony Plain to visit my elderly mother. I’ve stayed at all of the hotels in the area and The Best Western is by far my favourite. It is usually more expensive than the other ones but considering the quality of the hotel, the amenities and the excellent free breakfast, it really is worth the extra cost. Every time I stay here, I ask myself why I don’t always stay here. It really is the best in town.

Clean room

Staff were quick to respond when there were some unruly teenagers in the hallway at 1:30 in the morning. They handled the situation professionally and with great expertise.

Megan at the front desk was absolutely amazing. I made a mistake on our reservation and it was my fault. She was so kind and helpful and managed to fix everything and got us a great room!! We were so thankful and appreciative.

It was a nice clean stay! They gave my dog a little bag of treats and merchandise, that was a special touch. Would stay here again!

It was a good hotel, a nice pool and nice rooms. The free breakfast is always a treat when staying with a sports team. Only feedback is it would have been nice for a room clean during our stay and one or both elevators were out of order our entire stay. Nothing that wasn’t managable as a guest though.

Staff were friendly and helpful, but this is an older hotel that needs refurbishing. Both elevators were out of order one night and one elevator was out each of the other two nights of our stay.

Everything was great. The grandkids loved the pool. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good.
