Friendly staff and convenient location

Clean quiet room, friendly staff and great choices for breakfast. Close to amenities, and a very short walk to a casual pub where hotel guests receive 15% off bill.

Location was where I wanted to be.

The room was nice and big but very disappointed by the lack of functionality of the shower with very poorly put together design, no door, just curtain with a huge ugly glued lip on marble onto a shower insert. The hot tub was also cold, it was literally colder than body temperature, this is inexcusable as people are paying money to stay here for the amenities such as a hot tub. If I wanted to take a cold bath I would have stayed in my room and turned my tub on to that temperature. The breakfast was good it was better than most average hotels.

The girls that work at the front desk are so kind and so helpful. They go out of their way to make your state pleasant in any way possible. Had a situation arise from an Expedia booking, and the young lady took care of the problem, even though it was booked through Expedia.

Everything was fine. A little pricey.

Felt like we couldn’t enjoy the pool as they always had swimming lessons in the pool for children. We had to switch rooms the first night there as it was so hot in our room and the thermostat to turn down the heat wasn’t working. It is quite a busy hotel with only one elevator so waiting to come or go took quite a bit of time.

A quick stay for an overnight tournament. Multiple families from the team stayed and all seemed pleased with it

Great facilities and great breakfast too

Staff were absolutely amazing! Hotel rooms were clean and comfortable. Morning breakfast was full of options and tasted great.

There was only cool to lukewarm water from the shower the night I arrived, even after running the water for 5 minutes.

Hot tub was not working. Kids still swam in tge pool.

The hot breakfast menu should have something that cater to people that doesn't eat pork. Staff are really nice and accommodating. I'm very surprised the room are very spacious.

The rooms were very clean. Loved the pillows. The breakfast was especially awesome. Lots of fruit, tasty sausage and ham. Pancake and waffles with all the trimmings. The latte/mocha coffee machine was a bonus. Very impressed with the whole breakfast. The pool was very clean and the hot tub was nice and warm and relaxing. The staff were extremely helpful and professional. We will definitely stay there again.
