Kindness, good service, nice people near Nagano Station.

Location is good, connected to Nagano station. There is Donki across the street. The room is quite spacious. However, this is a business hotel, I would say not very suitable for bringing kids. I asked for a non-smoking room but it wasn't available, so we were assigned the smoking room. The smell is so bad I had to buy room freshener.

Exit Nagano station right next to it is this hotel. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Old hotel, but as you know, this is Japan, all still well maintain. Love It 🩷

Good and clean hotel and really near station. Basically its connected from the 2nd floor of the hotel 🤣. Reccomended hotel for traveller

There is a conecting door from nagano station via midori food stall. Clean big room with full amenities. Coin laundry (laundry room key at front office) 600 yen but come out dry. Breakfast 2000 yen with a lot local item. Must try their apple juice!.

Jr station connects to the hotel so there is no need to go through the outside road.

Location was great. Value for money.

Everything was great just our room was a smoking room and we don't like with the smoking smell.

The cleanliness bery great, hospitality and the position is very near to the station. Nagano and Hotel is the best.

It's a very Grand hotel in a great town, I would recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Nagano. very handy near the shops and train station. look forward to next visit there..

Nagano Metropolitan Hotel is located right next to Nagano finger station, so easy access is everywhere. Friendly and fluent English staff. The rooms are quite spacious and very clean. Many places to eat.

The Nagano Metropolitan hotel staff is very friendly and very nimble. The hotel is next to the nagano station finger. Many places to eat and easy access anywhere. Nagano metropolitan hotel is indeed extraordinary.

I would recommend getting a hotel at the ski resort. From this hotel, it takes about 1hr+ to Shiga Kogen (depending on which part you would like to stop). Overall, hotel is clean and spacious. Less than 5 mins walk to Nagano Station.

Friendly staff, clean room, and the room was not as small as we thought. We brought two big luggage with us and the room is still vacant enough. Near the station (literally just beside the station) and Mega Donki. Good deal!
