Good for a short trip... Easy access to the mall and hospital.

honestly I underestimate this place. once I checked in, the was renovated n look nice cozy. the breakfast........ awesome!!!!

No Wi-Fi, no phone in the room (phone is located in the corridor outside). Had to call reception by our mobile. They said they would fix the Wi-Fi, then I waited for 3 days, no Wi-Fi at all. Not only is the room dirty, there are no bedside lamps. No water bottles provided, guests had to go to the corridor to get water from the water dispenser. Rooms located very far from the main reception area, away from restaurants, so be aware of being starving.

Sorry, a bit creepy. Maybe can do some renovations to the modern style

So far so good in my hometown and having morning jogging with good scene there.

The toilet is not clean, dirty, need to change the water type... The whole toilet is a bit old... New look pleasee.. Other Semo Ok

For a woman on the go like me this is good. Quiet and peaceful. Services were good.

Horrible, requested a room with queen bed but was given twin bed. No hair dryer & toothpaste and had to request? There wasn't even any hot water for the shower? The breakfast spread was so basic, plain and boring! Not recommended. 2/10

The room is comfortable and big.

Chose the renovated room but there were water stains and the room had a weird smell. Key cards didn't work on the first day so we had to call the reception every time we had to enter the room. Slow serving during breakfast although there were no others there but the food arrived cold and the toasts hard. No choices given for breakfast as it was puasa so it was just cold mee goreng, hard toasts served with melted butter and fruits. Staff were friendly but other than that, very disappointing.

The staffs were friendly during the check in and check out. The room was smelly, insects roaming everywhere in the room & bathroom & air conditioner wasn't cold.

Our room was a renovated, twin bed room. The concept of the rooms is like chalet style which is interesting and new to us. Staff were also nice to us. Nonetheless. Towel smells like puke. Stains on bedsheet. Air conditioner not working well. No TV channels. Swimming pool far from room. The only thing good about this hotel was room located close to parking lots, restaurant cinta sayang (outside the hotel area) & city centre. The golf course and buildings were also not properly maintained. This area has so much potential and can pool many visitors/tourists if taken care properly. Anyway, thank you for the hospitality. ❤.
