Best hotel in kocaile

The place were so good and friendly. All the front desk employees were very polite and helpful.

I was bot expecting the room to be like how i have seen, old furnitures in yhe bedrooms i also request a balcony that inhave not had in my room what i have paid for. Down stairs walking reception is all loooking over the top star but when it comes to rooms are not at all!! Was disappointed.

I wonder how you consider it as 5 star hotel and the truth is not even 1 star, carpet very dirty, bed condition very old, room and bathroom smells bad, light very low. I fell sorry how ministry of tourism rates this hotel as 5 star, and I am sure they never come again and check the hotel condition. In the future I will check the room before check in and that what I did today in Spence. The front disk lady was very nice and good pleased her otherwise I will never go again, nor recommend this hotel to anyone

The staff really went above to ensure satisfaction. The front desk team was very professional and always will to help. Loved the whole experience.

The was verrrrry terrible .. old furniture and less than 3 star .. small room no view at all .. we asked for panadol or any thing for head relief .. they don't have .. i can't see how it is 5 stars hotel .. the bathroom small with everything old in it .. the breakfast is 3 stars or less

Bad lighting, air conditioning, linen, poor breakfast, stinky rooms and breakfast area, no safe in rooms, no tea coffee in room. Leaking water from shower and blocked draining hole. Certainly not a 5 Star hotel, maybe two stars.

its really bad experiment , when my wife opened the bathroom door , the door fall down causing a damage on shower glasses , thanks god that no body inside the bathroom , i called the reception regarding this problem , they sent the maintenance guy ,, after that they start blame me and asked me to pay for the damages !!! i was waiting for the apologize !! instead they let me pay for the damage !!! i was worry about my kids safety so i decided to cancel the remaining days with this hotel , when i talk to Expedia regarding the problem and the cancellation , unfortunately Expedia disappointed me , they said the hotel denied, we can do nothing !!! Don't take this hotel , go with a brand name hotels even the small brands , at least they have a standard and good maintenance .

The hotel is very old. The gym was in a terrible condition. Very hot, no AC. Everything is very old. Breakfast was not good.

Camera molto bella Wi-Fi impossibile è incredibile come non ci sia un buon Wi-Fi. Comunque personale ottimo. Colazione ok certo però non c’è una scelta abbondante

Bahçe dubleks diye bir odaya aldılar oda temiz değildi mini barda hiç bir şey yoktu ve bir önceki misafirin artıkları buzdolabında duruyordu ve buzdolabı çalışmıyordu.gün boyunca temizlik için kimse gelmedi.

vallaiş icabı çok otel deneyimlerim, içlerinde kesin en iyisi buydu benim için 7 yıldızlı otelden iyiydi. Koku filan yoktu, temizdi ve balkon manzarası herseye degerdi. sık sık kalacağım yer kesin. Personel çok nazik ve güler yüzlüydü. Ben çok acaip memnun kaldım, hepsine ayrı ayrı teşekkür ederim, allah razı olsun. Başarıları artsın inşallah.

Hiç de az olmayan bir ücret ödeyerek ekonomi odasını seçtik. Ancak hiç mi hiç hoş olmayan bir odada, kliması bozuk bir yerde konakladık. Banyo çok eski ve kötüydü. Odada yatak dışında bir şey yoktu ve aşırı küçük havasız bir yerdi. Kahvaltıya ise şaşkınlığımı hala gizleyemiyorum. Hamur işleri bayat ve lezzetsiz olmasının yanısıra kötü görünümlüydü. Peynirler en köyü kaliteden seçilmiş, sebzeler ise bir iki gün önce doğranıp beklemişti. Çok kötüydü.
