Vi reste genom Tyskland och hade ett stopp i Kassel. Mysigt ställe där ett stopp passade för oss. Hotellet var lätt att hitta och hade bra sängar. Toppen för oss!!

very good service and clean and kind Staff

Let’s be frank, this hotel is not a sight of architecture but what you are looking at might be more important for a good night sleep. Great service and a warm welcome, attention to you as a guest and a good bed to sleep in. I will return for sure

Overall, quite good

5.th time on this hotel. Chipsene a Big room on 62 sqm for the comfort. Unfortunately the room was very cold 16 degrees and we had to use our winter coats inside all day - everything in the room was cold. On the second day we reach 18 degrees and 20 at the 3. day. We missed a couch or two good chairs with a table. The service is very good - but we got an unpleasant stay because of the cold - and a bad smell from the drains in the bathroom we tried to cover with wet towels. We contacted the reception the first event and got more heat. We asked for help to the smell but didn’t get it. The nice lady at the reception told us that she has been writing to us through Expedia- which we haven’t seen yet.

Very nice hotel with everything you need. Great restaurant and breakfast.

I'm very glad to stay with my little kid, the staff was nice and talkative, and they even upgraded my room to junior suite, so my little daughter enjoyed a lot on 2nd floor room, thanks.

Chosen for its location, most things were of a good standard although the lack of aircon was uncomfortable and an oversight on my part when booking. They were happy to lend me a small fan, which made things better. Food in the restaurant was of great quality, if a little pricey! Bed was comfortable, couch was good to lie on and internet service was very good. Staff were friendly. Now for the bad - the room did not have sufficient curtains to cloak the windows, which was very puzzling. No hospitality tray for tea/coffee, no mini bar and just 2 small bottles of water (warm due to the room temperature). I enjoyed my morning shower until I stepped out and started paddling in the bathroom. Upon closer examination, there was no ‘lip’ to keep the water in the shower area and I needed to mop up using towels. Not impressed with this! Would I stay again? Doubtful I’m afraid!

Big, clean room. Very helpful staff that had made the sofa bed for our son when we arrived late at night.

Everything thing was great! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant was also amazing

The hotel was advertised as providing charging capabilities. In reality, there is a public charger in a nearby car park (neither the charger nor the car park belong to the hotel). This charger requires a specific physical access card to use, so you cannot just arrive and use a credit card or app. I conclude that it is misleading to say that the hotel has charging facilities and believe that this should be amended so others don’t rely on a service that they cannot use…

A nice hotel although a bit off the general path. Had dinner at the restaurant and it a bit heavy, cream and butter but it tastedd very well. I will highly recommend reading the small print - I booked a standard room and apparently that comes WITHOUT air condition. I stopped here to sleep on my journey south but I barely slept as the temperature in the room was 26 degrees! There is a window to open but with the tram and street right outside, that was not an option. The second surprise was the breakfast that was described incorrectly online - mentioned as a buffet at a price of 8 Euro, in reality, it was a limited breakfast plate that cost 14.50 instead, due to COVID apparently. Nice hotel but for the above-mentioned reasons, I would recommend looking for other options.
