It was good. I felt comfortable in the hotel.

Hotel is what you expect for the price you pay however they had no hot water for my whole stay and kept telling me lies as to why it was happening. Until my last day the staff came clean and told me the truth about having a big issue with plumbing and expecting a tech next Monday. I think i should be compensated for this shortcoming. I get sick if i have to shower with cold water. The staff is a mix of super nice people and some not so nice.

The staff at this place was above exceptional. They take your security and privacy seriously. They went above and beyond to deliver my personal belongings to the airport on a short notice when circumstances prevented me from going back to the hotel. Can't thank them enough!

The staff at this property was above exceptional. There was a situation that prevented me from returning back to the hotel to retrieve my luggage. The staff went above and beyond to volunteer and deliever my luggage to the airport. Can't Thank her and the staff enough!

The hotel is located in an really nice area. You can find anything you need nearby. From restaurants, shopping center, supermarket, restaurants, coffee shops, little stores and even pharmacy.

Very modern and in a centric location. The onsite staff was vary nice however, in more then 1 ocation that I had to go to the check in desk, the staff was having work related(not guest related conversation) I would have until they finished their semi private meetings. In my opinion they should solve my needs and questions and then get on with their business matters Cleaness of the rooms can be worked on,but acceptable

Breakfast is included but bo variety and is not buffet as they say it is.

Rooms are so tiny. There's almost no space so I had to put my stuff all over the bed, extremely cramped. The wifi is unbelievable slow, at times you can't even check email or load basic text websites. The room cleaning also left a lot to be desired, when checked in, there was a half-used bar of soap in the shower together with the wrapper, obviously the cleaners were in a hurry and just tidied up a few spots in the room. Would never stay there again.

Good value great location very clean just a bit dated

I am glad that I stayed in this Hotel at a special rate because if I would have paid their normal rate , I would have been very disappointed. This Hotel might have been awesome when it opened but they really need to update it. As an example, the shower head is back from who know when and to top it off it fell off while I was showering. You would think they would have replaced it while they cleaned my room but it stayed in the same spot for all the 4 days I stayed there. Pretty sad. I also noticed a large strand of hair, on the floor next to my bed, for all 3 days. Wow!!! Definitely will not stay here again.

I loved everything in this place and Im hard to please because people usually suck at this places or they don’t really care. The most upscale staff you can encounter at any time or day of the week, no matter who they are because all of them are awesome!!

The staff was very friendly. The hotel was very clean. There are a lot of restaurants and stores nearby.

The staff in the facility were extremely supportive and helpful. I will recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Medellin Colombia. The area is safe and you'll find places to eat near by also shopping centers to get everything you need for your stay. I loved it.
