nice new property by the lake , very quite , far from everything.

We stayed one night and the bathroom tub drain was clogged. They did not have a plunger in the apartment and did not respond quickly to my notification. We had to shower under that condition which was pretty nasty. What really surprised us is that when we were checking out, the reception desk mentioned that they were notified about our situation and that they were sorry. The word sorry in customer service is not a good solution. If you are really sorry, you take some sort of corrective action. These folks did not even try. Very unfortunate 😞. Other than this unacceptable incident, the property met our expectations which were not very high. The shower clog thing is completely avoidable if you manage properly.

Villa Huapi Dina Huspi has excellent views of Nahuel Huapi lake. Our two rooms were beautiful, comfortable and clean. Reception personnel (especially Sebastian) were very amicable and willing to go the extra step to help their guests. A true awesome experience. Looking forward to come back!

They were fraud and call us that we run away without paying. But we already pay the three days and then when we leaving they said you have to pay taxes 25% and they didn’t told us when we were checking in. They are chorros thieves i like the hotel alot and very comfortable but they are uneducated and will behave very bad with people.

It was very very amazing. Only problem is wifi not working in the room and reception never answer your call.

I was blown away when I arrived...because they put me in a room DIRECLY on the lake, with a fabulous wrap-around porch & views to die for. Sunsets every night were gorgeous. Not to mention, the apartment was HUGE!! 2 rooms, kitchen, nice bathroom with tub ~ it was everything i needed after cramped rooms in Patagonia! Hotel is about 5 miles outside of Bariloche, so it’s best to have a car ~ & Wi-Fi works, but can be spotty. Overall, a great stay!

We stayed here for three nights on a short trip to Bariloche. Having a car, we chose to stay outside a bit for the value for the money. We didn't expect this to be such great value for our money! The one-bedroom apartment was clean and the space was a blessing after more than two weeks of hotel rooms. The wood ceilings and decor was lovely, feeling like luxury after a few duds along the trip. The kitchen was decently stocked and the view was beautiful. Would without a doubt stay here again. All interactions with staff were very pleasant. The wifi was consistent and reliable. The only problem we had was finding it in the dark as google maps and mapsme were unclear with two parallel roads about 5 feet apart.

We thought Amerian, excellent! However, when we got there the place has only been open a short while, 2 years...and we were told that the "season" finished on the 15th of Feb and that the restaurant would not be functioning, and as we had given up our rental vehicle eating was going to be a problem as the hotel is a couple of kilometres from the "centre" of Dina Haupi. Staff were excellent and found us a solution, but not sure what would happen if we were there longer. As I said the place is very new and still lacks what you would expect from a 4 star Amerian....no bar, no lounge, no pool. Will be excellent in years to come.

The hotel is in a fantastic location...if you have a car! It's located 15km from Bariloche, right next to the lake. The views are spectacular, but there's not a lot to do in the vicinity. The hotel staff don't seem experienced - the computer system was down the day we arrived and we had to wait over an hour to be checked in, even though there were no others checking in at the time. When we finally got our room it hadn't been cleaned (apparently since the builders had finished constructing it!), so we left to drive into Bariloche. When we got back we were given the wrong key. There were other small issues, (no curtains in the bathroom, even though people can walk past outside, same for the walk-in wardrobe), but the staff were friendly and apologetic, the scenery is beautiful, the rooms are well-equipped, and overall I would recommend this hotel.

I really enjoy my time here and it was a good price!

Vista kinda para o lago, lugar tranquilo. Exatamente como na descrição.

Excelente opção para quem prefere ficar em uma área mais sossegada.
