Wonderful stay. During the trip, my wife fell ill (the flu). As we waited in the lobby, the woman in the front desk asked her if she could prepare a cup of tea. That detail and extra attention is what made this hotel stand out from others we stayed on our multi city Italian trip.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, we went out on our first night returning around 1am, when we went to go to bed we found the bed sheets were dirty and clearly has not been changed from the previous guests. There were blood stains on the blanket, the top sheet, the base sheet and the mattress protector. The night receptionist gave us some single bed sheets so we could sleep on clean sheets. Breakfast was ok, hotel is quiet and the local area is excellent. The Jacuzzi on the roof is also a nice touch.

Despite being in centre the hotel is in quiet street and nice modern decor

Struttura a 2 passi dal cuore pulsante di Cattolica. Stanza accolgliente e sopratutto immacolata nella pulizia. Nonostante la struttura fosse al completo, ľhotel è molto silenzioso. Ottima scelta per la prima colazione

Posizione strategica a due passi da via Dante e dal lungomare.Hotel un po' datato ma nel complesso buono.

Struttura con qualche annetto sulle spalle ma ottimamente mantenuta e pulita, silenziosa... A due passi dal centro e dalla spiaggia... Parcheggio in loco a pagamento ma molto comodo.. personale gentile, e ben organizzato... Ottima struttura

A causa di lavori improvvisi non abbiamo soggiornato all hotel cristallo, ma in un altro hotel dello stesso gruppo, L hotel kursaal. L’hotel Kursaal è in una posizione ottima, sul lungomare, praticamente sulla spiaggia, vicino a negozi e intrattenimento. La struttura è imponente e di effetto. La camera silenziosa, con balconcino che da sulla spiaggia, forse un po’ piccola e da rinnovare. Colazione varia e abbondante. Un buon soggiorno

Struttura nel pieno centro di Cattolica , posteggio privato comodo . Personale disponibile . Aperto tutto l’anno soggiornando a febbraio sicuramente rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo .

Trovo assurdo chiedere agli ospiti di recarsi in altro Hotel a 200 mt. per usufruire della Colazione (per altro buono nulla da dire) ma, scomoda...

Non sembra un hotel a 4 stelle...può essere che sia a causa del Covid, ma questo non giustifica il fatto che non ci hanno avvisato che l’hotel richiesto sarebbe stato dependance di un altro albergo, in cui la colazione veniva servita in un’altra struttura e che e anche per ogni richiesta dovevamo rivolgersi a questa. In più l’hotel mi è sembrato molto trascurato.
