We had an excellent stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located - just a short walk to the beach, cafés, and everything we needed. Check-in and check-out were easy and hassle-free, making the whole experience very enjoyable. The reason I gave 4 stars overall is because I wish the garden was fenced or separated for each room. It would have been great to let our dogs roam around safely or spend some time relaxing in the garden with them. I also understand that people like to stay up late or make some noise, but the doors between the rooms are very loud when they open and close. Every time another guest used their door, it made a loud bang that our dogs reacted to immediately, causing them to bark. The noise was much more noticeable than expected. Other than those two points, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely consider coming back. Thank you to the owner.

Wonderful location. Sweet little unit. Clean, welcoming and parking was realyy accessible. Wish l had time to stay longer. The owners were very easy to message and were very kind!

Great size rooms and plenty of space. Very clean and well appointed.

Stayed one night. No office onsite, just a note on “reception” locked door to say phone xxxx. Friendly & pleasant owner answered and advised room no. and that the room was unlocked ready for us. Perhaps a txt or email with this info prior to arrival would’ve been better? Room 1 was very clean, spacious, nicely decorated & well equipped - photos don’t do it justice. A couple of maintenance issues advised directly to owners to address.

convenient to Terrigal not far from town

This has been my preferred accommodation for a decade however Room 4 was terrible. It had an adjoining door and my neighbours had lights on and talking until 1224 a.m. so not able to get to sleep. The lounge was vinyl worn to thread bear. Plus black hairs on it. There was a baby huntsman and a big daddy longlegs spiders living in the shower and the bed side lamps were very dusty level with my face. No greeting instructions I usually get, they said Expedia didn't supply?

The room was okay. The spa was a great feature. But the room needed a little clean up, The shower head was broken and spraying out the back of the head.

Comfortable bed and great place to stay overnight with a pet. The keys were left in the room as we arrived after hours and we did the same when we left at 8am.
