Basic facilities but very clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable and the staff were friendly and efficient. Would happily recommend to a family on a budget.

Fantastic location, quiet and easy access to the motorway.

Spacious and quiet but hard pillows, stains on duvets, water still in the jug and toilet paper in the toilet.

This accomodation was in perfect proximity to the hospital we were visiting and also to main transport routes, eateries etc. A very convenient location. It was great that it had parking, and a stove and microwave to cook. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful, responding to any requests. There are fruit trees behind the property, a nice bonus. It seemed clean and tidy until i did my final gear check to leave and knelt down to check if i left anything like a sock under the bed. To my horror there were other peoples socks, popcorn etc. Under the beds had not been cleaned in a long time. That was the only sad note of an otherwise pleasant stay.

I've stayed here before hence why I stayed a second time. Seems to me like the owner has changed and standard down a tad on previous stay. Like outside door lock was loose, just needed a screwdriver but not addressed during my stay.

Easy to find. Just off the motorway. Quiet, clean and kitchen was excellent for to cook our meals. Reception staff were very helpful . Thank you

Good convenient location, value for money

Clean and convenient motel. In lovely residential area. Short walk to supermarket. Would have appreciated a place to sit outside.

Stayed here for 5 nights. Clean and tidy unit with cooking facilities and easy parking right outside your door. It’s on a side street off Greenlane which was very quiet but with easy access to Remuera and the motorway. 5 minute walk to Ascot hospital - perfect base if you’re needing to be close to loved ones in hospital. Price was also very reasonable

Bedspreads were disgustingly filthy and stained. Microwave door smeared with food. Corners of floor in bathroom dusty. Bed wasn’t great.

Clean and cook top available even. Everything you need. Close to Ascot private hospital. Perfect.

Ideal location for the purpose of our visit to Auckland Great kitchen facilities and and sleeping layout. Will certainly stay again.
