It was great

Responsive to our messages about late checkin. Easy process to checkin and out. Not much in the town but good to stay for a night before K’gari excursion

The rooms were bery nest and clean. Letty the Manager was very helpful and friendly

Kitchenette was a little lacking, otherwise had a great stay. Very clean and comfortable.

Had no blanket forks where dusty but evening else was clean no Netflix on the tv but remote said it did not very happy with the stay but they did so what I ask for I was happy with that thank u

The beds were very comfortable. The aging facilities are being progressively renovated.

All good but no elevators hard for seniors on upper levels

We had a boat and the staff were very accommodating with parking and access. Would definitely stay there again.

The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. It included a washing machine, dishwasher, and all necessary kitchen utensils. The linens and pillows were spotlessly clean. The pillows and mattress had additional protective layers. Mary greeted us upon arrival, and she was exceptionally kind.

Lovely pool but could t use as the next morning as a couple were having a domestic dispute in a room nearby. Both side lamps didn’t work.

Property needs a reno, for over $200 a night...bed was hard...need mattress toppers, microwave was old and yellow didn't work and towel rails were a yellow colour too...it was clean ...frig was rusty at the bottom and made a noise.TV you had to sign into 9now to access and other apps to access channels

Affordable comfortcentral location

Staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. Perfect location to everything you need. IGA next door, Ed's bakery and bottle shop. Bowls club across the road. Access to beach drives close. Although some rooms are a little old, i will definitely be staying there again.
