Lovely rooms with space to move, close to beach, nice restaurant and pool area

Great service, clean room , the lifts could do with some maintenance very rough

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and the view and had a nice view. Will stay again in rhe future.

This accommodation was very convenient to where we needed to be, staff were very friendly and helpful. Food and accommodation prices were very reasonable. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Spent only 2 nights but was a delightful hotel, excellent food and service .

So very quiet, staff were so helpful and lovely Rooms very clean, I did not eat at the restaurant Which overlooked the pool, but I am sure it would have been to satisfaction Beach at the door step just another plus Would stay here again

We had a great overnight stay. We love the quiet setting surrounded by parkland with easy access to the beach. Breakfast in the restaurant was delicious!

I was located on the ground floor,and parked my car right outside the room👍 It was a very cold night in Mackay,which is rare,and it got cold in my room,and there's no option for turning heat on,you can only control the flow of the air,you cannot adjust the temperature..Also,the free wifi code didnt work,I was either given the wrong number,or it dosnt work at all. But very nice,spacious rooms

Great food and drink, nice room

Spacious rooms, 24 hour reception, onsite restaurant with great food. Next to the beach and an easy walk to Harrup Park.

Everything was clean and beautiful, however some more affordable dining options or at the very least directions to more affordable dining options would be nice
