I wasn’t happy when I checked in late to find out that they mixed up my booking for the next day, didn’t get an apologie and I ended up with a random room, dirty old bathroom, didn’t get any room service as making the bed or replacing the towels, nothing at all for the 4 days of my stay. Not going back again.

Motel room was not clean and needs a good renovation, tv remote not working

Room was disgusting, cleanliness poor, the bed springs were broken, air conditioner dripping on my son’s bed so had to pull out from the wall, hair in the bathroom, cabinets rotted, the list goes on. The photos on Expedia don’t represent the property. I believe that there is an updated section which is better however not available in a family room for 4. The only upside of this stay was the restaurant and the restaurant manager was kind and accommodating.

The room especially the bathroom was filthy with hairs on the wall of the shower and a mouldy shower curtain. Floor and shower mould and dirt. The bin hadn't been emptied from previous people. The fridge was all frozen up. The TV did not work and I was advised to watch via demand however the internet wouldn't load. The pool gate lock was broken which is of concern for children's safety. The spa pool was dirty with debris floating around. I requested another room and was relocated to a room with A/C that didn't work properly, the fridge didn't work at all and had mould growing in it. The TV had same problem with internet connection. The bathroom was marginally cleaner. This motel is in a state of disrepair and neglected.

Pools & Pool areas are great. The bathroom could do with a face lift.

We had a pleasant experience. Room was clean but kitchenette appliances need updating. Loved the pools, hot and tension relieving. Dinner at the restaurant was extremely good. Staff was helpful & friendly. Shout out to Ankur who was very courteous and professional.

Unfortunately our stay didn’t meet expectations. There were bed bugs, the thermal pools weren’t clean, and there was rubbish and piles of laundry left out in areas visible to guests. Because of this, we won’t be returning.

Room comortable and clean. Heat artesian pool enjoyable after a long trip.

On arrival the staff at the front desk , managed a grunt as I collected my keys Parking was well away from our room. The outside bins were overflowing, as were the ones in our room. The bed was comfortable.

Needs a lot of up keep

Aircon directed straight onto bed so despite need it definitely wasn't user friendly as to minimise discomfort that caused was impossible as room was too hot without it. The bed or a/c outlet needs repositioning. Tired, rundown hotel.

Clean room, comfortable bed, no noise, easy parking, free breakfast

Room was very comfortable, motel artesian spa was very relaxing and the dinner quality was excellent.

Room was clean.staff was excellent. Comfortable bed .the motel is in need of a bit of an upgrade .but overall was enjoyable.the inside pool is wonderful.very relaxing.

The artesian pool was piss poor,not much warmth ,very little properties,it was a big disappointment when that's the reason you booked there

Avoid this place at all costs. Upon entering our room, we found cockroaches and pubic hair in our room. The whole place is absolutely disgusting and the cleaners should be better trained or replaced.

Friendly service, basic room. Good breakfast. Felt safe and pool was warm.

Nice clean and comfortable room. They close the gate at night which made us feel safer. They no longer have the car charger which is in their listing, but they let me plug my car into a power point near the pool.

The location was quite good and it was good to have an artesian pool on the premises however the water needed to be a lot hotter in both pools.
