We were given the key to room 5. On a frigid Albury day, the heating function on the air conditioner was cranked up. Unfortunately, the a/c wasn’t working. After advising the kind lady (Chantelle) on the front desk we were transferred to room 6 where the heating arrangements were perfect.

Close to the city centre with friendly staff and clean rooms. We stayed for 5 nights and used it as a base to visit surrounding areas . A great location to go out exploring.

Clean and spacious room, comfy bed. Just what was needed for a nights stop over on the way to Sydney.

Comfortable and clean bed. Good sized room. Hot shower. For a one night stay it was perfect. I arrived after 7 and hadn’t seen the email sent saying my key was in a locked box at the door. (I’d been driving for 7 hours.) But I saw a sign saying that keys could be collected at the SS&A Club so I went there. All good.

Staff were most helpful in making our stay comfortable. We will go again

Well located near the SS&A Club and easy walking to Dean Street. The receptionist was very accommodating advising me to put the heater on as soon as I arrived at the room and at the same time offering me a late check out because she knew I was catching the train that leaves after 12:00 noon. The room was serviced properly the next day. The motel is a little dated especially the bathroom but everything you needed was there and in my opinion it was good value for the money I paid.

Clean, quiet accommodation and very well priced. I've stayed here 3 times now which says it all really.
