Clean spacious room and balcony, well stocked kitchen made it possible to prepare a hot nutritious breakfast. Great views of the ocean and sunrise, easy walk into town and the Coastal Walkway.

Clean room apart from windows. Limited parking. Overall looking a little tired.

No lift for 2nd floor, which was rather challenging to bring up my luggages

Kitchen was good for what we needed. Balcony was ok - view over to beach was great.

Motel well equipped

Kitchen was ideal for larger family. Kids loved having their room upstairs with a little hidey cupboard where there was a lounge. View was great of the ocean

Rooms not very soundproof.....could hear all that was been said in the neighbouring rooms, plus the rooms below! Probably wouldn't stay again as plenty more better options near by. Adequate for the price paid and good location.

Room was a good size, greay deep spa, clean and comfortable. Only negative was that tge fridge was off and we didnt know meaning oir milk etc went bad

We’ve stayed at The Edgewater for 5 years now for the HawkesBay marathon. It’s always a great choice for us! Consistently clean, tidy, and well priced. Suits us well with a good location to walk to restaurants and opposite the playground and waterfront for nice walks. It has everything you need to be comfortable. Lovely views, friendly staff. Will happily book here again and again.

A great position opposite the beach on Napier's Marine Parade, and an easy walk into town. The room and bathroom are a good size, and everything was clean and neat. Our only problem was that the person upstairs must have been wearing army boots.
