Good location and facilities within hotel. Had to carry luggage up stairs. No room in bathroom for toiletries. Staff cleaned bathroom but didnt make bed.

Small but conforable and very well appointed room. Good location with supermarkets and restaurants close by, and a short walk to the city centre, or theres a bus stop outside. Friendly staff.

Stayed one night, easy check-in and parking was close by. The room was very clean, good shower but does spread the water around. The bed is comfy and linen is good quality, convenient location and the meals in the bar/bistro are excellent.

The location was convenient, the restaurant excellent, and the staff very helpful. The room was a little cramped and there were some mechanical sounds keeping us awake at night.

Newly renovated. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms clean and quiet. Close to amenities, good parking, bar and restaurant on site and the Big Red Bus stops out front. Would definitely stay again.

The Dr Syntax team were all friendly and very helpful. The room was spotless upon entry and when service was requested it was completed to the same standard. Very enjoyable stay for someone on a budget. The food was excellent and not overpriced.
