The hotel is of decent standard. With what appeared to be a newly renovated bathroom. Breakfast was also ok. Enough parking even though the hotel was full. Only small negative is that it is a little bit further from the center of town.

Was OK. The room was basic and the curtain was thin and almost fully transparent, not great for sleep during the summer months in Sweden with 20 hours of sunlight! The gym was very basic and the pool/ spa was similar. Stayed at much nicer hotels in other areas of Sweden for a similar price.

Hotel was very good, staff were friendly. Evening meal in the form of a buffet was included in the price, which was a bonus although if you want to venture out in to one of the city's restaurants it is about a 25 minute walk.

Very nice hotel. Nothing extraordinary but very comfortable. The coffee tastes horrible. That is the only big problem at this place.

This is a good Business hotel for an overnight or two. The rooms are on the compact side, but if you're a business traveler, then a bed, a desk, and free WiFi cover all the necessities. The free dinner and breakfast were really good, and make this a good option for the budget minded.

Basic hotel and the description on Experia lacked some of the included items. Staff were all very friendly and hard working. There was a free evening Buffet Monday to Thursday which was not listed on the site. breakfast buffet exceeded expectation from a budget hotel (freshly squeezed oranges for example). Evening buffet was basic but pleasant. Hotel wifi very good signal, rock solid and fast enough to stream. Free access to Jacuzzi sauna and the worlds smallest indoor pool were also a nice bonus we did not expect. (7am to 23:00 IIRC) It's a little way out of town but that suited us as we had a car. We did walk into town three times and it took about 20 to 30 minutes. Decent Samsung TV had around 10 channels several of which were mainly in English with Swedish subtitles. Hot water at all times of day and night. only complain is that we ordered a double which ended up being two singles put next to each other and the beds were very soft (far too soft for my liking). would go back.

Stayed one night here on our Scandinavian road trip. I booked a room for 3 adults, which would normally be accepted as 2 singles and a sofa bed, 3 singles or a double + single. Instead, we walked into a tiny room with 2 singles. ... The floor didn't look comfy. Reception then told me I had only booked two people so I then had to go and get my laptop up to prove them I have booked 3 adults. The lady then said 'oh yeah, it says here actually', looking at her own booking confirmation. They then told me there was a problem with hotels.com and told me that I needed to call them, or pay an extra 40€. I then told them I had booked 3 adults, I haven't caused the problem, it should be your responsibility. After waiting 30 minutes they then told me my booking booking was for the room we already had + a folding bed, or pay an extra 40€. The room was tiny. In the end they had squeezed a foldable bed in between the two singles and ended up spending the night in a cramped room, 3 abreast with with nowhere to walk.

Jag och fästmön besökte Skellefteå för att fira hennes mammas födelsedag. Vi trivdes mycket bra på Aurum Hotel. Oerhört trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Sköna sängar och en utmärkt frukost. Väldigt bra läge med bra kommunikationer. Vi återkommer gärna.

Udemærket og hyggeligt hotel med pool og spa. Poolen var dog meget kold. Spa var til gengæld lækker varm. Der stod ikke på hotel.com at vi selv skulle tjekke ind, så vi var lidt i vildrede om hvordan og hvorledes. Dejligt rent værelse. Lækker morgenmad uden mangler. Her kunne vi sagtens komme tilbage til.
