I checked in here because it was relatively highly rated and inexpensive. Full disclosure: I only stayed a few hours because I had a late flight. I found the room to be small (even by Da Nang standards) and somewhat dimly lit. Having spent 6 weeks at other hotels in the My Khe beach area, this was the most disappointing.

I came for Danang Marathon. I came back to the same hotel becos it is nearer to the race venue. Simple, clean comfortable hotel. Some new eateries and shops nearby. Walking distance to beach.

Breakfast is until 10am. I was having my breakfast at 9am, the staff begun to keep all the food. I don't have a chance for second helping. When asked must I pay for entrance fee to Ba Na hill golden bridge, the manager told me it is FOC. but I had to pay 700,000 dong in order to get in. I am very disappointed with the poor service and poor knowledge. There are room to improve.

Friendly and attentive staff, clean and well maintained rooms. Yummy breakfast.

Room was in strong cigarette smell. I asked for room to change but was told full house and later provide freshener when i asked to clear the strong smell. Didn't change away the horrible smell pillow although agreed to! Breakfast spread has little choice.

The hotel is a couple blocks from the beach and in a small area of concentration of hotels, restaurants and shops, so it's practical if you want to stay at the beach. It's a block off the major street which crosses the dragon bridge, so is as walkable to the center of Danang as you can get at the beach, if you're willing to walk that distance. The staff of the hotel was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was reasonably good and the staff prepares eggs and coffee to order. Otherwise, the place functional but nothing fancy. The street-type restaurants across the street are really quite good, and there are some nicer traditional restaurants within a couple blocks - excellent fresh seafood everywhere. The one problem I had was with the wifi/internet, which never was great but the connection was entirely lost over the last day there. I asked about it at the front desk but the person there didn't understand English adequately so I gave up. Not sure if the problem was in the hotel or with the ISP, because the signal was often strong but there was no internet available; other times the routers weren't even visible.

Stuffs were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was good and complimentary massage was nice!

This hotel was good value for money, the staff were friendly and willing to assist. Located close to the beach and restaurants. We received a complimentary drink on arrival and also a free massage which I though was nice. The breakfast was good which catered for all travellers.

Nice hotel, improvement could be made in little things like cold orange juice at breakfast, only one toilet roll put in room

The most extraordinary thing about the Green House is the high level of service, although I can highly recommend the pumpkin juice at breakfast and the spacious lobby facility, including outdoor, all weather porch.

This is a lovely hotel. It was very clean, had a great breakfast selection and the staff were excellent. They checked us into our room early (and they don't have to), and any questions we had they were able to answer. They booked a tour for us at our request, gave us good info on taxis, buses, shuttles etc. The beach is just down and across the road but it is a bit further into town. We walked it but we were keen and stupid.

Had an excellent stay here. Beds were clean, spacious and comfortable...The apartment was easy to find, quiet, clean, modern and good free WIFI internet. We had a great time staying here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We took taxi to get around and even got recommendations from the front desk on where to eat. The front desk staff even called Taxis for us too...We loved the fresh seafood in Da Nang. Beach was very nice, clean and beautiful at My Khe Beach (5 mins walk from hotel). The break fast was fresh and good. I would highly recommend staying here and they give 2 bottles of free water everyday too. Overall everyone we met in Da Nang was very helpful and friendly! We love Vietnam and want to come back! :)

Great service from staff. They rent motorbikes and stored my luggage for a few days until I returned. Would stay at this property again for the value.

Good service! I really like and want to come back Green House Hotel when I have time. However, some cases, I can see some employee don't support us. Finally, I would like to talk that I love it

Clean, comfortable room, comparitively cheap, close to the beach.

Green house is a good value for money accommodation. The room is clean, spacious and comfortable. It located only 5 mins walk from My Khe beach which is very convenience for beach lovers. From the hotel, its just a short Taxi ride to all the charming bridges or all the delicious eating places Da Nang is famous for. The staff are all friendly and helpful. They help us to look for transportation to Bana Hill with quite a good rate compare to outside. The breakfast was ok for the price range. The only comment is that breakfast serving time is 6am-9am. For a non-morning persons like us, we can hardly make it in time for the meal everyday. By 8.45am, there is only a few things left for your choice. It would be better if the breakfast could be from 7am to 10am like most of the hotels we had been to so far. Bonus point: There is a seafood restaurant right beside the hotel that serve wonderful dish until 4am. The price is not expensive and the staff are nice. In Da Nang, most eatery place close rather early. So if you like to have late heavy supper, you would enjoy staying here. In short, i'm happy with my stay at Green House and would stay here again if I come back here.
