Everything is perfect except limited night activities at the hotel and nearby.

It is very great hotel and also nice staffs. They take very good care.

The staff were smiling and welcoming. Breakfast has a good variety. Fair lunch buffet If the à la carte takes longer to receive than the third order, the first two are cold and exhausted, so that the 3rd is just boiled, spicy, fried vegetables, fried rice. The room is good but the air conditioner can't adjust the strength and the coldness.

Good sized room with full service. Nice view of the Mekong River. Staff speaks Thai. Service is good. Or rent a car to the market is not busy near the temple. Food in the hotel, good water pressure, some soft flow, warm water, no bathtub, no balcony, elevator with swimming pool. Breakfast room There is a restaurant on the Mekong River.

The hotel location is reasonably good and a short walking distance to supermarket, cinema and market. The music of Richard Clayderman was playing constantly at the room corridor. There was no hot water in the shower and the water pressure was weak. The TV remote control was not found. There was no door hanging sign to inform “Do not disturb”. Breakfast was quite a good selection. Hotel restaurant by the river was good with 3-piece live band.

I have booking single bed already but they changed from single bed to be two bed. They inform me during I process booking. It is not good service.
