Best staff, clean rooms & best breakfast.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Royal Savoy hotel. All the staff were friendly and always checked that we had everything we needed. The breakfasts were amazing - such a good choice of delicious food and several waiting staff on hand to serve us. The Japanese garden was a beautiful and relaxing area, with lovely hedges offering privacy to enjoy our drinks in peace. The sky bar had amazing views of the lake and the city and we were welcome to have just drinks there before they served dinner to other guests later on. The spa was immaculate and they had a welcome separate spa for women, with jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. Our suite was very comfortable with much needed air conditioning. We would gladly return here.

first floor restaurant staffs were horrible.

Great hotel but horrible service. For example, when wanted to do laundry i had to call and remind the 3 (!) times till someone came in 40 (!) minutes. When checking out, the line was about 45-60 min wait When you order something for breakfast they simply forget. All service is very poor. But nice pool, good location and nice fascilities

Beautiful, quiet hotel. Well trained staff

The hotel is quite nice and in an excellent location. We booked a suite with a terrace and supposed lake view. While the room was plenty large and well appointed. The terrace was a 2x2 terrace on the side with a barely visible view of the lake through several trees. We also experienced no hot water for a full day out of a 4 day stay. While we understand that equipment breakdowns happen; management felt an AI written apology was sufficient. My experience in similar circumstances has been that customers deserve a bit more in terms of credits or discounts to maintain satisfaction in these type of situations.

Firstly the greeting was warm and genuine. Super helpful. I forgot my tie for a conference i was due to attend the concierge found me one and then proceeded to swap it with his because his one looked better ! Amazing people beautiful location and amazing facilities! Could not recommend it more. Congratulations to the management for creating such an empowered team.

Lovely room overlooking the lake, clean and able to get in early, which was a benefit. All the staff were very helpful and attentive. Breakfast choice was excellent and our take away breakfast on the last morning exceeded our expectations.

Lovely stay. Hotel was excellent in all aspects. Lovely room with great Lake view. Wonderful food at breakfasts and dinner. Good spa. Great location near lake and metro station. Above all really efficient and super friendly staff. Loris the concierge and Quentin our dinner waiter were wonderful. Highly recommended.
