The bed was so hard and uncomfortable it felt like we were laying on the floor. The room smelt HORRIBLE! A.C did not cool our room below 77* so we were quiet uncomfortable overnight.

Overall the property wasn’t terrible. Definitely seemed dated. The bathroom smelt of stale urine like it had been ventilated and/or clean properly in a while.

This hotel isn’t that bad, however I was on a solo trip and had some important work and video conferences via my laptop. The couple next to me I could hear EVERYTHING! I even was having to listen to them do “it” while I was in an important zoom meeting! I could hear them cough, sneeze, talk… this hotel has ZERO insulation, when I come back to Fayetteville I’ll NEVER stay here again. Hands down the worst experience I’ve had at a hotel in my life. The staff were nice and the room was clean, as well as the common areas. But that was too much.

We got into town really late. The night check-in guy was very nice, our room was clean, the lobby was nice, and breakfast was great!

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They were actually the best part about this hotel. It certainly needs some updating, but overall, for the price, the rooms were ok, and beds were comfortable. A/C was amazing! Everything about the trip was fine, until the very last day, when I spotted a bed bug crawling on the pillow next to where I lay. My son and I snatched our belongings, and after calling for someone to come to our room, we immediately checked out. They were very kind and apologetic. They did not hesitate to give me a full refund.

Good location very close to the University of Arkansas, easy access to the interstate and plenty of options nearby for dining. A great place to stay in Fayetteville!

Hotel was fine, construction crew staying next to me wasn’t. Playing music, drinking, talking loud in parking lot/outside other rooms. Left beer cans/boxes, food plates and garbage all over the sidewalk and parking stalls. Makes the place look trashy.

It was clean, ac worked well, nice poil and excellent breakfast! Tip the cook!

We like the room, spacious and comfortable. Basic breakfast and never switch up of items. Location was convenient and there was a walking trail behind the hotel was lovely. Only con was the unfriendly and unhelpful attitude from one male staff on the first day check in.

I was pleasantly surprised. Great location to the stadium and access to freeway. Safe area and clean and great staff. Would definitely recommend. I was worried bc of the price point but was very pleased.

Room had a musty odor. Outdated. Breakfast was great!

There were cigarettes, batteries, condom packs, Nutella packet, and dirty sheets. We left the property and they refused to refund us even though the room was empty.

Old and outdated except for bathroom. Our room smelled of cigarettes and mildew. Couch was old and musty. Beds were hard and uncomfortable. Air was loud and leaking. Location is suspect. Lots of questionable people in and out of the area.

The property was clean and presented well. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was good and the gentleman who worked the breakfast kept it well stocked and clean.
