a comfortable and suitable place if you just stop by and the room is only suitable for 2 people because the room is not too big, the entrance to the room is a bit small but overall it is good and the room is always cleaned neatly

Very strategic location in the center of Kuta… Close to Joger, Bu Andhika's Spicy Rice, Serimpi, Indra Tempong Rice, Pink Tempong Rice, Krisna souvenirs etc… 👍

The strangest thing is the rule above, at what time the elevator is off, hmm, so if you want to go out at that time, be prepared to feel the horror vibes on the stairs, I kind of regret not choosing the more modern hotel next door, I wanted to go out on my motorbike and got stuck inside, just watched by the security instead of getting any help. The location is good, close to everywhere, but maybe the service could be improved even though the hotel is old so that guests will keep coming back.

I booked the room for myself, but it turned out that someone else had entered my room. They even put drinks in the refrigerator and took a shower in the bathroom. When I reported this to the receptionist, they only said they would check the CCTV. However, after waiting for almost an hour, I received no response. If I hadn’t realized it early, I wouldn’t have known what might happen next if I had fallen asleep someone else could have entered my room again. Please take better care of your guests’ security and take responsibility for this matter. I am very disappointed. As shown in the photos I uploaded, the refrigerator was empty when I first entered and took a picture. But when I came back later, there were alcoholic drinks and water inside. In the bathroom, it was clear that someone had already taken a shower the floor was still wet

The hotel and service were good, but some of the other amenities in some rooms need to be looked at. Some of the mattresses were starting to wrinkle, bathroom amenities like soap and Pepsodent were lacking, and the back door was broken and couldn't be closed on the first night. However, after I asked to be moved, the other room was fine and standard, just like other hotels. So, perhaps extra attention and regular cleaning are needed, otherwise everything else is fine.

Friendly staff, spacious room, comfortable bed. I stayed for 5 days and 4 nights. It was cleaned daily and the amenities were replaced. Close to everything, snacks, food, and souvenir shops are just a short walk away. The best, I will stay here again next time.

I love staying here, last December 2023 I stayed on the 3rd floor, with room number 303. Yesterday I checked in Monday, October 13, 2025, checked out October 15, 2025, on the 2nd floor with room number 204. The room was clean and the room was according to my wishes. Highly recommended if you go to Bali to stay at Hadi Poetra Hotel. Thank you Hadi Poetra Hotel, hopefully I can come to Bali again, greetings from Central Kalimantan, Muara Teweh.
