Staff were really friendly and our stay was very clean. Breakfast buffet has many different options and was a lot better than I had expected.

This hotel is a two star at best. The staff are excellent. They go out of their way to assist and accommodate. The 420.00 per night charge is absolutely ridiculous. After this stay we spent two nights at a five star in Muskoka. It was less than the 840.00 charge for two nights at the Fairfield. I expected much more for the price.

The loacation was perfect for my trip. Unfortunately the bed wasn’t comfortable which is why I gave it 3 stars.

The room needs a good Reno as hotel does lots of leaky ceiling tiles very dated

Nice to stay

Place was a little pricey for the room we’ve got. A little retro with the carpet flooring. Room was humid when we walked in, Had to turn on the heater to dry the air. Would I book there again? Probably not,

It was great. I just wish continental breakfast was earlier than 7. Had to skip breakfast.

Soooooo, the pool was actually horrendous and we didn’t go. There was a soccer group there running about and chips on the floor-inside the hotel room was clean-but the pool was why Kate wanted to go so between that being inswimable and the kids yelling and running wild and finding food everywhere it really killed the vibe. On the other hand if you’re going with a team your kids can have a great time running around and they’re very understanding

Great location shopping is nearby and always my distinctive to stay

Breakfast was pretty good with refills of items when needed. Parking was good. Starting to show some wear in shower area, possibly due to no fan in the bathroom. Everything needed was there. Great sleep on comfy King bed with great pillows.

The room definitely could’ve used some updating and cleaning. Bed covers were stained. Food on the bathroom floor which had ants all over when we arrived.

On Saturday, there was a team of La Cross. Sunday morning, the carpet in the breakfast area had not been vacuumed. The team had not left yet, but it should have been done.

Staff was very helpful, but we didn’t have hot water in the bathroom sink. They couldn’t get a plumber to fix it. The shower fine, just the sink.
