Ive stayed in this hotel about 5 times. Unfortunately the experience this time was not good and I will no longer stay here. First, the hotel stated in the page they have a gym, but when I went to use the “gym” there was nothing (they now took it away from the page). Second, there was no hot water. I brought this issue to the attention of the front desk but nothing was resolved. On my second day once again no hot water (weather was cold). I asked the hotel for a refund only of my last night so that i could book a different hotel but they denied my request. I still left the hotel one night early, as no effort to give a solution was made. Oh I forgot, they offer to give a different room but the hot water issue was in all rooms, so dont know what this was going to resolve.

Absolutely amazing hotel. We stayed in the special room they have there. This place is a little gem. If you stay here the staff is absolutely the most accommodating group of folks. My girlfriend and I were really impressed!

The room was comfortable and spotless. Staff members were very friendly and polite. Great location.

The windows are not soundproof and you can hear every sing car/motorbike etc. passing by. Perhaps windows replacement might do best for the hotel.

Variety

Well located, poor amenities, noisy and low quality towels, and dinnerware. Not great for the price, compared to the local market.

Quality price is phenomenal! Can’t beat the location - fantastic! Customer service was on point ! The house mascot was absolutely adorable and gave it a homey feel- I travel a lot and rarely take time for reviews but this place deserves it !

Super clean room 3S with a terrace. The area is PERFECT to walk to zone T. Many restaurants and coffee shops al around 1 block. Just perfect!!
