We would not stay here again. The hotel room itself was very nice, and that was the highlight of our stay. The location is excellent, but you definitely pay a premium for it. On our first morning, there was a strong sewer odor throughout the hallway. We planned to notify the front desk when we returned later that day, but fortunately the smell had mostly disappeared. Our first night was also disappointing because there appeared to be a wedding or other event taking place. The live band was extremely loud, making it difficult to relax. The staff was courteous, and I understand the hotel’s commitment to paying a living wage. However, the overall level of service felt minimal and lacked the attention to detail you would expect at this price point. Aside from the room and the location, the overall experience was underwhelming. I would rate most other aspects of the hotel a 2 out of 5.

Great view! Hotel overlooks the lake. Lovely. BUT! The hotel advertised a train shuttle. Sent messages days before - no response! Called upon arrival and got an automated message saying they were not available! So got a taxi. With construction there was no other way to reach the hotel. No help with luggage upon arrival! Not even an offer and we are both elderly. No help at departure either. Room had a great view but a small bottle of lotion and conditioner and a kettle. Bare minimum for over $700 per night!! Breakfast include was basic. Eggs looked dried out. Yogurt was great some bread and jam. Fruit. Coffee. Juice. Lots of staff but very little service. Dinner in the hotel was ok. Expensive. Service was good. Barman was very nice. Would NOT stay here again. Other hotels were at the station picking up guests. This is a barebones hotel like a hostel plus.

We liked this hotel very much! Location by the lake helped of course! Room was spotless, as was the spa area. Good choice of food for breakfast. Evening meal was okay although somewhat pricey.

Nice hotel on the lake. Walkable to main city and train station. Great breakfast and dining at hotel. Antonio in Restaurant was great to chat with and an excellent waiter.

Loved the spa and sauna. Definitely make use of the train station transfers for checking/checking out as the hotel is at the top of a steep hill. Breakfast was also fantastic, with a great view to outside Lake Moritz & if you’re lucky you may even see it snow! ❄️

The restaurant and the views from the hotel were outstanding. Very comfortable accomodations in the family room.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel - most of the staff was over the top friendly and helpful. The place is in a location you have to experience, right on the lake. The room we had was more spacious than anything we had on our 10 day holiday. It’s a short walk to the train station, right on the lake and was a highlight of our trip.

We had a wonderful stay! The views are spectacular. Staff was very friendly and we enjoyed using the wellness spa. We walked over to the E bike rental place and we had a wonderful day biking all around the valley.

Single room - very compact but had everything I needed for one night stop over

The staff is wonderful and very accommodating. We accidentally booked the room for the wrong night and they switched us no problem with no extra fees. The spa is gorgeous! The restaurant staff were fun and the food was delicious!! Bucket list stay for sure

Was right on the lake views from the room were amazing. Hotel is rustic but the views cant be beat. Easy to walk to town and train with lake as the background. Don't miss out on lakeview rooms. Restaurant was good with great staff and capitalize on the view. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious

Clean room, great location, a bonus free train shuttle but needs to be booked the day ahead. Breakfast was ok.

I had a great stay at this hotel. It was super convenient from the train station (3-5 min walk away). This made it super easy to get to the bus to take me to Corvatsche to go skiing. The lake is walkable and great views all around the hotel. The breakfast buffet was robust and so nice that it was included. It was a great location and value for St. Moritz. I would definitely stay again on my next trip!

The hotel is amazing. Location in front of the lake 10/10. The staff was soo good. luis at the bar 1000/10. We didn’t know how to turn off the stractor and a staff was in our room in 2 minutes. Super great experience

Great hotel. Great position

Great until the last hour. We reserved the hotel to train station shuttle then the driver had to apparently do something else which meant he arrived back 15 minutes later and needed his mandatory lunch break. They arranged a taxi for us but that resulted in a 25 minute delay. No apology at all. As a result, we missed our appointment in town.
