I booked for a deluxe room but they give me 2 single bedrooms and they don't have any room left. The staff was not helpful, Poor WiFi, Poor Service, Bad experience! My first and last with this hotel.

It was very easy access to the hotel from the BTS system, the room was clean, comfortable and the staff friendly.

The room is convenient for the price. Next time will come back to use the service again. The female staff make up, look a little jerk, not smile. Should improve But overall is very fond of Convenient, close to the source of food Next to the BTS station Near shopping malls

Accommodation is clean and fully equipped. Good service staff

The hotel is very close to Phrom Phong BTS, Family Mart, 7-11 and a mall. If I travel to Bangkok again, I'd definitely stay in this hotel.
